It’s a great work, just one thing to note the subtitles are some time incorrect and that’s matter. Cuz people follow and trust you so blindly and I was a beginner then so I called preacher curl as Richard Rowe as per the subtitle, and I was so confident that I argue with my mates.. 😂😂

Sunny Bhai I need your help, I need to ask about how would it be to take 1 cup of date shake and a small bowl of kidney beans before a workout because I can't go with a small amount of peanut butter and stuff cause I came from the office late and I actually starts feeling hungry so need something.... Please help me in this regard as I think I'm taking lots of carbs please tell me is it ok? Or refer me something else please

Hello sunny Bhai , pls guide me , I did a close grip barbell and arched my back whilst doing it and hence pulled and tore my intercostal tissue , it’s been 8 weeks since that injury , I feel 90% better now , I had stopped all workouts since past 8 weeks , can I go back to the gym and start again with lower weights ? Any advise pls .. regards
