Thanks so much for showing all of these different approaches to different coffees with the reasoning behind it. It’s really helping to elevate my coffee and am able to problem solve and think for myself quite well now rather than blindly follow recipes :)

Today was really instructive! I'll try this pouring recipe today with one of the naturals I have on-hand.

Really informative, I am learning so much with your videos and the calendar! Unfortunately I am not enjoying it a lot because I am used to much more light roasts!

I learned a lot on this one. natural/washed and water temp. thanks Matteo. So, 10 grams of water can make a huge difference?

Quite informative, as always! I'm wondering however, would you have gotten the same result by using the same amount of water, temperature is the same also, recipe is the exact same, but instead of 15g of coffee, you used 13g or 14g instead? What's the general premise when trying out these types of variations? Loved the video btw, just like the others in the series!

Wondering the same too, always trying to use less coffee

If you reduce the quantity of coffee you get a higher extraction and lower strength.
