Wow amazing exercises,I like having both types of exercises,by being over weight 106kg i look always for low impacts exercises thank you very much,sorry I couldn't do the side plank clam 😫😫😫maybe next when I will loose a bit of weight, thank you again for this amazing video ❤❤❤❤
