Little late to the lockdown but I want to say thanks. I am on day two of a fourteen day quarantine and your workouts are helping me cope with being stuck in my dorm room overseas. Thanks!

Well, contrary to my comment under your first video in this series, I enjoyed every minute of this class! Thank you, Amanda, you are such a warm and encouraging teacher and I also appreciate the alignment tips to keep knees and necks safe, along with that all-important breath. See ya tomorrow :-) x

Wow amazing exercises,I like having both types of exercises,by being over weight 106kg i look always for low impacts exercises thank you very much,sorry I couldn't do the side plank clam 😫😫😫maybe next when I will loose a bit of weight, thank you again for this amazing video ❤❤❤❤
