Good morning everyone, welcome to my channel! I'm going to take you through an energizing 15 minute morning yoga stretch to help wake you up and set your intention for the day. This vinyasa practice incorporates some yummy hip stretches, some standing balancing poses and some twists to help you feel good and begin your day with energy.
No props are required and I'd say this is best suited for intermediate students but beginners are more than welcome to give it a go as well. Leave out or modify whatever you need to. Morning yoga is a great way to set the tone for the day ahead and to carve out time for yourself before the day gets away from you.

I have problems with balance, but finally I was able to adapt by using a wall and modifying the twists but still doing them while using the wall. Thank you, Kassandra. Another beautiful practice again. My intention for today: Moment, only THIS moment, it's all we got anyway.

I love the 15 mins ones more than anything else. It’s just better that everything. Shorter than 20 mins which is sometimes hard to find throughout the morning and a little longer that the 10 min ones so you manage to do some more exercises❤❤ often feels like 10 min it’s just not enough 😅 Thx, would love to have more 15 min ones

My cats were intently clustered around my phone while I was doing this practice…took me a second to notice the bird song in the background. They’d heard it immediately 😂 Great practice! Loved the twists!

Nice to get a manageable amount in before the day starts. I always feel like all or nothing, an hour or it's not worth it, but I think this was just right for my stiff body. Nice and grounding for my anxious brain.

Prior to the postures did the inversion chakra cleansing chanting and meditation, connecting with mother Earth and spreading love throughout the planet. Performed postures at 70 three major joint replacements no shoulder joint post 15 surgeries😖 we do what we can and image the rest. Adore affirmations and the ammmm at the end. Tyou☝🏽💜🧘💚🙏🏼

Same here! I lost about 75 lbs total, once I started doing yoga and wim hof breathing method every day. It’s amazing what our bodies will do when we release all the stress! Keep up all the hard work!

This was a perfect class to release tension from my entire body after waking up early, heading into a meeting and working behind my laptop for most of the day. I feel so much looser and less tense in my neck and low back. I did the 10min Morning Yoga for the Back (last week's video) right before this one and it's been a wonderful combo. Hi Kassandra, I really enjoy these 15’ flows, I can easily arrive to 20 minutes adding some stretch before or at the end and they are perfectly suitable as a quick morning practice. Same thing for the previous you released, based on hips, that I literally love! I pray you to find some new sequences like these to add to your videos. Thanks a lot ! Namaste

There is so much that I love about this video. 1. You are excellent at verbal cueing. I rarely have to look at the screen. 2. Balance poses all day! Yes! Loved those the most! 3. I always forget how much I need these types of workouts, even when it's hard at first to get comfortable in certain poses. I remember to breathe, and quit forcing, and it comes so much easier. I always feel 1000x better after your routines.

Love your classes!! Thank you so much for all the content you put out. Would you consider making a video with stretches specifically for Boxers? I have never found any boxing specific stretches, and boxing is very heavy on the shoulders and the neck. Thank you again! :)
