I started a bit later, but tomorrow will be my Day 28. This challenge has been amazing! I’ve completed all the workouts so far-some were really tough, but I loved every moment. I truly appreciate what Anna is doing, the way she designs her workouts, and her kind and inspiring personality. I also love that there are no ads in the videos-no interruptions, just pure focus! Thank you so much! I’ll be looking forward to a new series. High five to everyone who completed this challenge with me! 🙌

During every move, each 50 seconds, I was able to give in to the stretches and loosen my tightness. And by the time the forward fold at the end came, I was surprisingly able to fold forward almost completely! This was such an excellent routine for my tight tendons and tight back Anna. Thank you SO much for this entire series plus this best stretch ever! ❤❤❤❤

So refreshing and relaxing. This is the thing that i would go for after legs day or long walk day. Love it!❤ And here we come DAY 28 DONE!!! This is my first challenge ever. Along the way, I was struggled and wanted to give up, but I found myself doing better and better, stronger and stronger. even though I was still struggled with some of the workout and can't fully overcome the hard part. but everyday after I finished the challenge it just pure joy and proud. Thank you for the challenge that makes me grow. Thank you for sending inspiration and positivity. Thank you for making me feel proud of myself. Anna, You are so amazing at making this happen. Now the challenge is already over. I've gotten so much better in four weeks! The challenge made me realize that I'm so strong and definitely can move my body every day! I realised smth today: Anna doesn't name her videos "abs in 14 days", "slim legs in 3 weeks", etc. And this is so comforting to me and eases the pressure, I was not even conscious of it. Now I work out trying to build strength, to be able to do push ups, hold a star plank, etc. But I don't expect or want abs or anything like this, I just enjoy working out and being able to move my body. I was just thinking that I started doing home workouts during pandemic cause I couldn't sleep well, I was not looking to loose weight or change how I look (I just wanted my sleep back). But most of the videos I did promised (often unrealistic) results so my brain kind of expected them; surprise and shock, I didn't had abs after 4 weeks of training, less after 2. So I ended disappointed even though I made progress in body strength and mental health. It was just the unnecessary pressure those promises made me put myself through. Bref, small thing the name of the videos, but it alleviates the pressure and helps build a safe environment to work out for ourselves and our growth as we see it and want it (not as society tries to impose it to us). Let's be proud of us, of our efforts this last 4 weeks and of our development! We deserve to love and appreciate ourselves!

Im trying to change my mindset to be like this, i always tryed the "get abs in 2 weeks" challenges but it never worked and i ended just giving up. Now im trying to just move my body more get stronger and fitter rather then just working out for looks. I realy admire youre mindset.

@LilliHansen-jd7nr What helped me was to look back and compare the then to the now :) at my beginning I could hold a plank for not even 15 seconds 🙈 I am positive during your next workout/s you'll compare (without even realising) your now with your then and you'll be proud of your progress (it may be for a knee push up, for a burpee, for a side plank, for a 30 min walk, for a 20 min run or smth else). You made progress ! Now I am kind of curious what exercise is the jaw drop for you, which one is making you think "wow, I did progress without even realising. When did this happen, me being able to do X exercise?!" 😅 Don't feel forced to reply and satisfy my curiosity (but know please that I am sure you have at least one that makes your past self pat proudly the back of your present self)

Dear Anna, Thank you so much for this incredible workout challenge! I’ve just completed the last day, and I feel so much stronger. Throughout this journey, the biggest challenge for me was actually mental! 😂😂 With the busy pace of work and life, I thought I wouldn’t be able to spare even 30 minutes for exercise, but I realized that if you truly believe, you can always find a way. Even when I felt tired at times, I surrendered to the amazing feeling that comes after a workout. 🥰🥰 Thank you for giving me the opportunity to experience this both physically and mentally. Greetings Anička. Thank you for the great challenge. Done. She was great and thank you for the new exercises, she was inspiring. I train with you daily, always for 2 hours, more strength training, but I overcame the whole challenge, even though I only have 5 kg dumbbells and an 8 kg ketlball. I'll probably get an 8-kilo one :-) Thank you very much, I will continue to train with you every day. Much health

Yes, there are times I complained "again?" With the same exercises, but I just l swapped it out for something else to make me smile 😊.

28 days done!!! It wasn't easy but i made it.. sort of 😂😂😂 Now i want to continue 3 times a week with day 2 glutes with weights, day 10 upper body with weights and day 27 no jumping. 😊

Lovely stretch to end the challenge ❤ I didn't feel it was full body though as it lacked any upper body movement/mobility so I just added my own afterwards x
