I’ve lost 12lbs so far on this program. I usually use my 12lb dumbbells whenever you use 10kg because that’s where I’m at strength wise . It is absolutely WILD to think that everytime I hoist one of those over my head, that’s how much of me is gone now! Thanks so much for this program. You are changing lives!

@@carolinerosanna7766 I try to eat small, frequent meals. Every 3 hours or so, I’m eating some lean protein and veggies. Maybe a piece of fruit. I don’t follow keto or anything low carb, but I have been avoiding grains and potatoes to keep the calories down. I also gave up my evening glass of wine. That one hurts!

I'm getting stronger and stronger! 😄 Thank you Caroline! Usually the first 50% of the workout is the hardest, after 60% things speed up, my head clears. In the beginning, I have hundreds of thoughts spinning around my head, but it gets better as I'm progressing in the workout. 💭💭💭💭 ➡ 😊

I have had crohns for 15 years and lost my entire large intestine and have a permanent ostomy. I've always tried to work out but my body can't tolerate a lot of lot of the stuff I used to do. And I had 3 inpatient surgeries last year and a 5 day inpatient stay in February and was then put on chemo shots. I never thought I'd regain a fraction of what I lost. But I'm back to tolerating and making it through entire hour long workouts and back up to 4 pullups. Thank you so much. This has helped me prove to myself the my illness can never take me own willpower and joy in being active from me. Even when I occasionally have extra rest days because I'm bedridden from chemo I'm still so strong!!

I always do two of your workouts in a day: 1 random epic workout (from the early weeks) after waking up and then today's workout for the evening. All I can say to those coming in the middle of this program, you're better off starting from day 1. The workouts get intense as the days go by. Caroline trains and helps the body level up and adjust, so don't be deceived by how slow and simple this looks. Epic squad is getting stronger everyday, I guarantee y'all. Much love here, Caroline!

@@matthewalmond4688 I wouldn't say hyper fit lmao but doing 2 of her workouts per day just sorta happened bec gyms closed down since March and I wasn't getting results that I wanted when doing yt workout vids (which aren't personalized) to when I had a personal trainer and equipment in the gym. Caroline helped a lot with her workouts bec hers targeted everything -- especially with those intense yet varied dumbbell exercises. The current goal is to be able to do her exercises using the same weights as hers.

I go for 4 hours of workout per day (2 hrs running/biking and 2 hrs circuit) since quarantine started so I think I formed a habit lmao. Anyway, I usually just run 6-10km 3-4x/week before the pandemic so my normal might be different from most. Caroline tho, oof, she's the GOAT. I can only dream.

Congratulations on Day 29! How are you feeling about the program? Epic yet?! I personally love the program and appreciate Caroline for creating free content💕🦸🏼♀️. I was a little down this week because I did a Dexa scan and saw I gained 5lbs and my body fat increased by 1%. My efforts to lower my body fat to healthier level felt wasted. But then I realized I feel stronger and my clothes fit better so just keep pushing. I definitely have to work harder on my nutrition!

Hi...don’t get too downhearted! Remember body weight easily goes up and down by at least 5 lbs. in the natural course of a day! I suspect it may not be significant. And body fat measurements...I guess you didone of the electrical ones which measures electrical resistance are notouriously unreliable! Try just to focus on enjoying the exercise and the strength you are gaining. But nutrition is important too as you say, and Caroline’s tips on nutrition are just so good and sensible. Just try to pick up some ideas from her is my advise. Have a lovely day. Matthew

Hello!!! Don’t worry about the figures... if you have been training hard and eating good then it is simply down to natural fluctuations and these can occur on a daily basis. This is a challenging program that, if you are dedicated during the training and also outside of training with nutrition, daily activity levels then you will gain so much progress in strength and body composition! I was always too skinny, below the healthy weight I should have and I always struggled with gaining weight. Whatever I tried my weight was always the same. So I wanted to try working out and came across this channel. I started this program and gained 3kg of muscle so far and rising. I was shocked when I saw the numbers on my scale rising day to day. Does anyone else have sore hamstrings after all those RDLs? Mine are just recovering! Also wondered if anyone did anything on yesterday’s rest day? I was going to go for a run...but it rained all day...so I did your “beginners” epic HIIT which was a brilliant workout...I loved the repeat rounds of burpees!! I love that the only things I need for epic program are dumbbells and the rubber band. No expensive equipment, don't need to go to the gym, don't need much space, and still I am in the perfect form during lockdown, and actually losing my weight, that I couldn't achieve even when I went to the gym. Super happy and motivated after 3 long dark months without working out not even a brisk walk. Right medication for depression and Caroline Girvan are saving the rest of my year. This series of Epics is my favorite. Like the workouts around 45 mins....with the extra hour long bonus from time to time. Also, love these workouts, with the holds, they really take it out of the muscle, and you are ready to move on to the next.

Caroline, I have thoughts just coming forward in my mind every time I do another EPIC day with you! YOU have done all this - YOUR journey led us here... at some point in YOUR life YOU decided to embrace this lifestyle, so NOTHING you are doing onscreen just happened overnight - way back when YOU took a choice and you started where we all start... and built from there. You KNOW what we are all facing, inviting us to step up to be the very best we can be... and if we are constant we WILL see the results. Such a revelation! Thank you for turning this into a pay it forward into all our lives. I’ve decided I’m going to begin to keep a daily journal of my workouts - notes because I intend to repeat this series a few times and so I can monitor my growth in areas - and as a keepsake along the way. I will be able to see gains and improvements. I also thought of this today - EPIC can mean “Effort, Persistance, Intensity and Consistancy” - these are all qualities we need to mind in both our physical and mental lives with all that is going on around us. So many blessings to you and your family who I’m sure are a constant for you! They are lovely to share YOU with us.

This was really challenging but a lot of fun. Those makers at the end finished me. When I started this programme 7 weeks ago I was tentatively working with 3kg weights and last week I started incorporating 5kg weights. I was a bit worried about hurting myself initially, but I'm so impressed by how my body responds to being challenged (within reason). Overall, I'm just really enjoying expanding my comfort zone and it translates far beyond these workouts. I used to say "I don't know if I can do that" a lot early in the programme, but now I've reached the pointe where I try and laugh if I don't quite manage. Thanks, Caroline. For some of us this programme has brought change to our lifestyles - and that's fantastic - but for me the change has been more in my mentality and self confidence. I'm so grateful for all your efforts. Much love from South Africa

I liked this video and was surprised because I kept putting it off. The few before were so strenuous for me. I haven’t lost weight- I’ve gained but I am so much stronger now and certainly more toned.

Day 29 Completed! Today's workout was really a challenge for the mind towards the beginning! I'm so happy I got through this! When I previewed this workout, it looked really hard. I knew if I started with it, I would make it to the end, but then I just kept delaying it. Yet here I am, as always, smashing the workout! Thank you so much Caroline for making me get out of my comfort zone little by little, and making me believe in myself everyday a little more🌹🌹🌹 You truly are EPIC❤️❤️❤️

Caroline!!! That was not easy.. I was about to cry on several occasions.. That was indeed an extremely effective workout. The holds are killers. The brilliant lunge on the toes was really hard. I couldn't hold the pose for more than 10=15 sec at a time. The renegade rows were extremely hard to hold so as the side planks! But hey! I did it, no regrets, I am only in competition with myself and I am only as strong as I push myself. Thank you for an ever creative routine. I really enjoyed it. On another positive note, I heard a video of yours playing while I was fixing breakfast. My husband worked another video with you Woo Hooo! Oh and the kids memorized your songs! Have a lovely Friday!

I haven't worked out for 6 days Cuz i was feeling de motivated because of my lower back pain i didnt do much reps so it stoped feeling epic for me . So i went back to the very start and read every comment i left under every video from the beginner to this and it made me feel proud and strong and made me remember every single feeling i had . Every epic moment for me and every new thing i did . My first push up my first 15 shoulder press my 10 plank tuck and thinking about 🍉 while dong windmile i think its called 😂 so lets keep going 💪

Wow Caroline those Isometric holds were killers but I can’t thank you enough. I’m doing the work under your expert advise and I’m seeing the changes which is mind blowing. I’ve never had results from another trainer like I’m getting with you. Your advice at the beginning is invaluable I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve strained muscles with others who don’t explain how to stand or do the movement correctly, especially my lower back with RDLs etc. You’re absolutely amazing. Thanks so much. I love this Epic programme ❤️

Love this workout! When you are a form-conscious and you perform bent over row incorrectly and had to do it again since you will feel guilty after, but the burn is just so satisfying! I am still sore yet so pumped up because of this one! I kind of wanting more since I really enjoyed it but I know I will be sore later so I will just rest and let my soreness in week 6 go away so I can do EMOM for Sunday! Used my 10lbs for upper body workout and when I did chest press with 5lbs I can't even feel a thing it is too light for me now, I just love my progress so far but still taking it slowly. So for those of you who wants to lift heavy but you feel you might injured yourself don't feel bad about it, take it slow, and go at your own pace. Thank you, Caroline! You really making me so excited! Week 6 are so challenging and I am excited what you prepared onwards! ❤❤

Hi Lily how are you? That was a tough workout my hips and my hammies are still hurting and everything is extremely tight. I think it's definitely due to the Bulgarian deadlifts. I have a very busy schedule myself with work and just everyday life but do my very best to fit these workouts in. Stay safe and take care.

Well, this one didn’t have me sweating crazy like your workouts usually do, but my muscles were shaking like crazy! My daughter even commented on how much my body was twitching in some of the holds 😆 I had to switch down to 15lbs for the ab moves in the beginning. All other moves unused 20lb weights. This was challenging in a way I didn’t expect 😁 thank you!!!

I cannot tell you how much this program has changed my fitness, CG. I have been consistently getting so much more out of your workouts than I have out of any other workouts I've ever done. The mind-muscle connection I get is beyond any other workouts, and I believe this has to do with how you take basic movements and format them to make them a challenge even though we've been doing this program for 7 weeks. My body has yet to "get used" to your workouts, and I find this absolutely awesome.. I love it. Thank you so much. 👏👊💪

It's Friday morning it's wet, cold and rainy and dark outside but what the heck I'm lucky that I'll hear soon "hello everyone and welcome" with a radiant smile. the day can start and how it starts with an isometrically dynamic workout by Caroline yes and I'm lucky that I have one of the best if not the best personal KZbin fitness trainer 💟🙌🏼🥇and then to be honest I don't care if the gyms close again. And you just have to go along with what we were offered again. I could not only decide the intensity, but also which weights I take because I still can't do all the exercises with the heavier ones at times thought wor hold 3 minutes and not 30 seconds 🙈 You know Caroline, these exercises are really difficult for all of us, just as they are for you (with the weights you use!!) But we don't want to forget all of them, and I know none of us do that, how much time, Work, deliberation is in such a video and 5 times a week, Caroline, I have great respect for that and say THANK YOU 👍‼🖐🙏🏼 Wish you and your family, despite the circumstances, a great Haloween day. I am sure, as creative as you are, you have surely come up with something great for your children. 🤗😂 YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT TIME UNTIL SUNDAY AT EMON👊

Wow, killer workout! Hamstrings are still sore from day 28. I had lots of shaky moments and could feel my muscles developing. The abs, lunge on toes, and sumo squat holds were intense! Thank you Caroline for the challenge, which is great during the middle of winter and COVID.

I got up early so I could get this completed before getting ready for my late shift. Really pushed myself and some of those holds were so hard!. I know I have a Hiit session tomorrow so I’m getting the mind ready!. People are now really starting to notice my weight loss and it’s all down to you!.
