Yeah, she deserves a workout Oscar! I have to admit that I can't do half of those stretches all the way and I had to wait until the 10 second mark to start on some of them but towards the end, I was still breathing hard.

Thank you so much for uploading all these high quality workouts! There are far too many ‘influencers’ uploading pretty useless workouts with incorrect form, you are setting a great example for proper hard work & correct form! Please keep uploading once gyms open, I have been loving the challenges your workouts bring!

Hello Harriet and thank you for your wonderful comments! I like train with intensity yet train safe. There are days when I simply don’t feel like a heavy session, but I do something else instead like lying band hamstring curls for example!! Other days, I want to smash a HIIT session!! I hope you keep having fun with your training and you will feel awesome for it!! I will be continuing absolutely!! 😉👊🏼💕

So I did Carolines DB Chest routine yesterday and thought I would have a rest day today. Then my inbox pinged and I see Isometric One Hour. Isometric is new to me so I thought lets have a go, doesn't look to bad. I loved it, it was very challenging, and yes on some of the holds I had to take a wee break 🤫. Honeslty I think this delivers the same results as a full DB workout and you really feel the pump and the stretch, especially on your tendons. So today I learn something new, had a good calorie burn and feel fantastic. Thanks Caroline 👊👊👊 for keeping me motivated and for the excellent content which is definitely delivering good results

Brilliant Anthony! Impressed you decided something different!! Infact, have you ever held bench press at bottom position for 5 seconds? Or biceps curls mid point? Or even shoulder press, holding it for 5 seconds then try to press!! It’s great if you have lighter weights and wanting it to feel heavier! Cx

Caroline thats a brilliant tip I will definitely try it and get back to you once I try it. Just as an update after the Isometric I'm feeling a little sore so clearly it has worked muscles that have been slacking before. All these motivational tips, workouts and advice are just going way and beyond but I'm really taking all the advice and loving my training. Reading the comments its clear that everyone feels the same way. I do feel a little proud that probably the best trainer on youtube is from here 😉

If you read this little tip from Caroline about holding the bicep curl midway. Please have a go at yesterdays DB bicep and tricep workout( posted 06 August) and you can see its effectivness in practice 💪💪💪 you will love it 😍

Hi Caroline, This looks brilliant...my weekend exercise is now sorted. I shall do this tomorrow then 1 hour HIIT on Sunday! I really loved your 15 min ab routine. The choice of exercises and timings were just right to build up the intensity. Just what my abs needed! I'm 64 and everyone cannot believe my results I have to admit it I don't look my age and your workouts are perfect for me since I used to do interval training and I stopped because my husband died so I got out of shape! Caroline Girvan I am glad to hear you are going to continue to post workouts ! I love the variety and that so much can be done without a lot of equipment. I have a home gym in my basement and working out down there is my preference, but in the winter there is no heat down there, so I have to vary my workouts in the warm part of the house. Your videos will help me do that! Thank you!

Thanks Caroline, I love your workouts, been a fan of yours since lockdown started last year in March. I moved continents and you are giving me the strength and focus I need. I am working out 5-6 times a week- always changing the workouts incorporating calistenics, full body workouts, HIIT, cardio, 45 min glutes and hamstrings one of my favorites :) Will not go back to the gym - this is all I need and more- I am in so much better shape than I was when I attended classes! Thanks for your professional, creative and fun videos. I love the fact you do not talk during the workout :) wish you all the best and waiting for more videos of yours!

You have the best workout format on KZbin, in my opinion, and I appreciate the emphasis on strength training. It's hard to find the format with less talk, good music, count down, and I like the repetition, it allows to get used to the workout. I don't usually comment but I wanted to show my support and hope you continue with these workout. It has really been motivating during covid and these workouts are harder than what I do at the gym. As subscribers, if you have long term nutrition tips to maintain abs like yours. I do like my carbs but am trying to find the right balance. Anyway thank you for doing what you do, take care.

Further, something fitness influencers don't discuss, are these the only workouts you do for the day. Without covid, would you typically do a workout for KZbin and then continue for set amount of time at the gym. I am trying to be realistic with what results I can achieve with home workouts, and 5-10lb dumbbells. I have a fair bit of stomach fat (skinny fat) to loose. Thanks again. I hope you can address these from all the comments you receive

Hello SN! Thank you for your wonderful comments!! Someone else also asked yesterday if I do these for camera and then do my own training... absolute not... I couldn’t! 💦🔥😉I am done!! I train hard and with intensity! Training does not need to be an hour everytime either! I think too many people spend an hour at gym when they could fit in in 30 minutes! And do it with more intensity! These workouts are my own workouts that I do during the day in the middle of home schooling and being a full time mummy so I promise you this is my absolute precious time to train and I give it my all! Tomorrow I’m planning a 1 hour HIIT and today is a 5 minute core challenge! Also in regard time, I could hill sprint for 20 minutes and have done a better workout that 1 hour doing 12 km! I eat high protein, train hard and rest plenty!! I hope this helps! If you look back at my videos when I first started, you will see it was me and my phone recording... and still is!! I hope this helps... train with intensity and not necessarily longer all the time!! 💕💕💕😉💕💕💕cx

I absolutely love your workouts! I don’t do anyone else’s anymore. If possible I would love to see an all balancing class . I know you do a lot of that in your isometric classes but maybe just a shortish one that’s nothing but balancing😄

Oh my goodness, that was hard! And I’ve done all of your EPICs. This should have many more likes. It’s great, especially for the feet with the leg exercises in the beginning and the back exercises. Weights are great but workouts like this really help your functional lifestyle and get all the small muscles deep inside. An hour seems long, but it was just right bc you need 20 min for each body part, so make this a weekend workout. Brilliant, Caroline. Thank you!

Caroline, the more I make your WOs, the more I realize isometric is essential to keep a well balanced WO schedule 😀 This one was tough, sweat and woobles were here ! I didn't want to cheat by holding a wall for the one legged exercises, so I had to put sometimes my arms in a T shape instead of holding them in front of my chest. Your smile is so i spontaneous and so contagious that you succeded to make me smile through the burn 😁 Love love love your workouts and your channel 😍 (soon 100K, yeah !)

@@CarolineGirvan HIIT only if it's low impact, my knees can't handle jumps and big flexions as frog jumps /frog extensions😣 but sunday is stretch day, so I'll do cardio another day😀

I was planning to have a day without any training today but decided to try this one as it caught my attention. And... It's amazing! Done this again today after completing the full EPIC challenge .... still super tough! I love the first part with several asymmetric balance exercises ... stunning workout!

Another one I loved! Doing a week of 'active rest days' and this was just perfect today along with a lovely walk. I can't do the knee over leg squat though I just wobble all over the place - never mind press ups mastering some of the moves in this session is now my goal 🏋️🥰

Me and me 2 buddies do a online class together every week, finding new classes has been a challenge over lock down! This was suuuuper challenging and could not believe how just being under tension with slow controlled reps were burning my muscles. Have subscribed and will deffo be doing more of your videos x

Caroline I love these workouts so much! I have a home gym and am always looking for the next challenge that doesn't involve having to leave the house to use other equipment. I race cars in my spare time and I need to keep myself in top form for when restrictions are lifted and we can get back on the track (it's a nice balance from my corporate job). That, and at 56, I'm dedicated to keeping my body in as tip-top form as time and resources allow. These workouts in particular are really doing it for me!!! PLEASE keep them coming!

I really really enjoyed it. Very difficult but I’ve been exercising at least a year vigorously . This is embarrassing but I have totally been holding my stomach hard and pushed out and now I zipped it up and can totally feel how much I worked my abs. Loved it.

That was amazing. I’ve done isometric holds after movement based exercise before but I don’t think I’ve ever held it that long. Thanks for always pushing us.

This video came into my feed, so I decided to watch it through with a view to doing it on an active rest day from Epic Heat 🔥. It's midnight right now so not an option for this moment in time!!😂😂......... It's brutal, even for someone with more than average strength and stamina. What an amazing workout Caroline has put together to test balance, core stabilisation, endurance and overall fitness. There are so many benefits to this session. It's one for the favourites list definitely. Hope everyone enjoyed it. 👋🙂

Another great workout. Am always a bit confused on press up positions. Do elbows go back towards waist or out sideways. Thank you for your videos. Excellent content as always ❤️

Hello Diane! I’m push ups always try to keep elbows in if tricep push ups (hands directly under shoulders) and if wider push ups try to keep them from flaring out. I hope this helps! Cx

I train since January so it’s not that long enough but my legs are nicer and stronger, my glutes can hold longer and my tummy started showing something ☺️☺️ but this one hour?? OMG it was extremely brutal and hard!! Sweat was coming down my forehead and the burning sensation was great. Only done half an hour today, one day hopefully I will do this whole 1 hour with the smile like you do! C’mon Caroline.. I could manage only 30 second of the hold but you still down there with the beautiful smile! Love your workouts!!

Thank you for all your routines, I completely love them all. I have almost 3 weeks doing your routines and im already feeling an improvement on my physical condition. They're certainly not easy but they're not impossible to do so as other routines ive tried on youtube so I think theyre perfect

I did most of your uploaded videos. I don’t know if I am just tired today but this one felt maybe the hardest of all! It’s easier for me to lift dumbbells than isometrics 🙈! Very hard but effective workout :)👍🏻

It was interesting that you mentioned to relax while holding, that’s when burns come & sweat came out. You looked so graceful, but it was so challenging!! I hope I’m doing it right, but it was amazing experience, thank you so much! I love your isometrics in epic series, always made me feeling stabled next day.
