Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ✅️ Day 3 ✅️ My goal is to last an entire workout, with no cut timers. Still not happening, but we continue! Great workout! I have PCOS, 30 kg surplus weight, and hate cardio so i opted for pilates. Tried a lots of it, but Maddies is the only one that kept me doing it. I'm grateful for well-put exercises! Im going by my pace, having few more days off and it makes me content. Happy exercising girlies!❤

One of the best upper body workout I’ve done : hard but not impossible, graceful and incorporating little pushups. Loved it !

Okay, I am SWEATING. Was able to do it without cuts. My abs still hurt from yesterday, but it's okay. I hate the plank position, but it feels less and less difficult to maintain it. My arms are more toned. Did this workout very late, but I am glad to say it is my 28th pilates workout in 28th days. See you tomorrow! Day 3 completed

Oh my God. I did this when i was following your 1 week plan. That time, i was crying, begging to time go faster so i can end that pilates day sooner. But now, when i did this pilates (which also similar with the previous exercise i followed), i can follow this entire video without too much struggle like before. Thank you so much Madeline!❤

girls!! If you do any workouts you need have good breaths! I just opened my window and fresh air brought me some strength. And in biology says that if you don't your muscle pain, just have good deep breath while workout, theres blood with 02 going to out muscles and etc..

day 3 was a rest day due to an obligation. So, this is the fourth day of the month for me. Day 3! Idk if it was because of my the rest day or if my arms are simply just weak, but today was not a good experience. I kept falling down. Still I went through with all the exercises! Onwards to Day 4!

Day 3: ok so confession time, I missed yesterday because life happened, so I'm starting day 3 a day late. Anyways, like always, I did a stretch before starting. This workout was a good pace, and I DEFINITELY felt the burn. I feel good, and I can't wait for day 4! We got this 👍 💪✨️

I noticed that I won't feel sore during and right after. I would feel sore after a night's rest. But the soreness is good kind of soreness! And reallyyyy, sweat overload hahaha it was fun. Day 3 ✅
