Day three complete! Today's workout definitely confirmed that my core strength is nonexistent lol but that's okay. Rome wasn't built in a day! I'm proud of myself for being consistent. Good job to everyone who is participating. I believe in us

Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ✅️ Day 3 ✅️ My goal is to last an entire workout, with no cut timers. Still not happening, but we continue! Great workout! I have PCOS, 30 kg surplus weight, and hate cardio so i opted for pilates. Tried a lots of it, but Maddies is the only one that kept me doing it. I'm grateful for well-put exercises! Im going by my pace, having few more days off and it makes me content. Happy exercising girlies!❤

One of the best upper body workout I’ve done : hard but not impossible, graceful and incorporating little pushups. Loved it !

Okay, I am SWEATING. Was able to do it without cuts. My abs still hurt from yesterday, but it's okay. I hate the plank position, but it feels less and less difficult to maintain it. My arms are more toned. Did this workout very late, but I am glad to say it is my 28th pilates workout in 28th days. See you tomorrow! Day 3 completed

Oh my God. I did this when i was following your 1 week plan. That time, i was crying, begging to time go faster so i can end that pilates day sooner. But now, when i did this pilates (which also similar with the previous exercise i followed), i can follow this entire video without too much struggle like before. Thank you so much Madeline!❤

girls!! If you do any workouts you need have good breaths! I just opened my window and fresh air brought me some strength. And in biology says that if you don't your muscle pain, just have good deep breath while workout, theres blood with 02 going to out muscles and etc..

3 день, 6.12.24 . Эту тренировку я не засчитываю, это первое видео где я большую часть тренировки не смогла выполнить. Я хоть и устала, но я разочаровалась в себе. Боковые упражнения это просто ужас, я даже отжаться не смогла . Надеюсь у вас эта тренировка прошла лучше❤❤

Skipped yesterday due to busy day with my friends, today was also busy, but I managed to complete it. Arms are shaking as if i saw Jungkook in front of me. Still liked this workout, thank you Madeleine Day 3 ✅

day 1 ✅ day 2 ✅ day 3 ✅ I started januari first because usually i’m more of a gym girlie but I really wanted to try pilates 😊 it’s so calming I really enjoy it, even tho sometimes it’s hard hahaha but that’s a good thing because it means i’m improving :) i’m gonna try to do this pilates plan the whole month! day 3 was a rest day due to an obligation. So, this is the fourth day of the month for me. Day 3! Idk if it was because of my the rest day or if my arms are simply just weak, but today was not a good experience. I kept falling down. Still I went through with all the exercises! Onwards to Day 4!

Спасибо,у вас такие хорошие тренировки! Делаю только второй день,но мне уже нравится!! Поначалу раздражал медленный темп и казалось что пилатес-это очень легко,но это не так. Буду заниматься месяц,потом напишу что да как На данный момент вес:47 кг об:86 от:60

Day 3: ok so confession time, I missed yesterday because life happened, so I'm starting day 3 a day late. Anyways, like always, I did a stretch before starting. This workout was a good pace, and I DEFINITELY felt the burn. I feel good, and I can't wait for day 4! We got this 👍 💪✨️
