Day four complete! Whew....I really felt the burn of today's workout. Not looking forward to tomorrow's soreness lol. Surprisingly, this has been the easiest workout for me. I was shocked when it ended because it went by so fast! I think I might do another round of day four exercises in the morning. Good job to everyone participating! I believe in us.

это определённо лучшая тренировка! Раньше мне было настолько лень заниматься спортом, что я срывалась через 2 дня. Но сейчас с тренировками Медлен у меня появилась куча мотивации и сил заниматься!! прошло 4 дня тренировок и я уже чувствую себя лучше, чем раньше. Тело немного подтянулось, начали уходить отеки и ушел уже почти 1 кг!

I have noticed that we have 25 days of this challange! So thank you for understanding girls needs and that we will not be able to do a workout during 4-7 days. That helps me feel motivated, cause I am getting upset if have to skip some days

@@MarisolGonzalez-xw6zh hola, hice todos las rutinas cada dia. Entras a su canal y en listas te aparece los grupos, tenés un de un mes, una semana o por minutos, están muy buenas porque cada día se enfoca en un ejercicio diferente. Yo empecé por el el mes, y después fui haciendo los demás.

07,12,2024. 4ая Тренировка окончена, выполнила 90% тренировки, лучше чем вчера, но как всегда боковая планка мне не далась. Есть ощущение что боковые упражнения я не правильно делала (я писала под первым видео, что мне не хватает объяснения выполнения заданий и какое должно быть дыхание ), так как у меня почти не чувствовались мышцы и почти ничего не горело. Сомневаюсь, стоит ли мне засчитывать этот день. Но я удивлена спектру разных упражнений за эти 4 дня. Всем хорошего дня ❤❤
