Day four complete! Whew....I really felt the burn of today's workout. Not looking forward to tomorrow's soreness lol. Surprisingly, this has been the easiest workout for me. I was shocked when it ended because it went by so fast! I think I might do another round of day four exercises in the morning. Good job to everyone participating! I believe in us.

this is DEFINITELY a step up from the previous one month plan and I am loving it! I am able to follow along to (almost) the entire workout without pausing!! So happy and proud of myself! Progress Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅

Last 1 month pilates plan I did on January, now for September I did since date 1, so today is day 4. More challenging than before, but it really makes me sweat. Thank Madeline for your kindness to share this pilates workout. I adore you 💕

Doing this for a month! Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅ Today wasn’t as hard ngl! I definitely felt the burn, but it was kinda nice instead of overwhelming!

I bet I thought everything was mid because this was waiting to humble me💀✨ I swear to God I sweated so much!!! I was a little bit sour from yesterday and I almost cried when I realised I was only mid way lol💀 It was so fun though I feel very proud of myself after finishing it!!!! Day 4: Finished🌟

@@MarisolGonzalez-xw6zh hola, hice todos las rutinas cada dia. Entras a su canal y en listas te aparece los grupos, tenés un de un mes, una semana o por minutos, están muy buenas porque cada día se enfoca en un ejercicio diferente. Yo empecé por el el mes, y después fui haciendo los demás.

That was a great session. I pushed myself to do day 4, i really want to commit to this. Today has been super hot here in the Philippines, I felt so weak that's why I was so hesitant to do an exercise (I might faint) but I pushed through, Yey! Day 4 ✅
