@@JaqJenheyy girl if you are just starting you shouldn't worry! my suggestion is that you do some of her voice-guided plans so you can learn a little about proper breathing and engaging the core. i've been doing pilates for about 4 months now, but when i first started, i wasn't sure at what pace i should be exhaling and inhaling and all of that, but as you go on you will learn it😊😊

Madeleine is the truth fr. I've built up a lot of endurance doing her workouts. I was mixing her with another workout girlie on KZbin but I stuck with Madeleine because of the way her workouts flow. Her workouts hurt like hell but I like the way she spaces hers to give you just enough time to recover

That feels good to go back to pilates ! I've discovered this channel in the beginning of the year. Ever since, I've been on and off doing pilates and yoga. As the time has gone through, I've been trying not to be so hard on myself when I don't have time, energy or confidence to move my body. So little reminder to me and whoever needs it to do this for yourself. I just have to remind myself I can do this, even if it's at my rhythm, and that I shouldn't worry so much about how I look and how others see me but more about how I feel and how I should learn to love myself. ✨

Her 1 month plan was my first ever and not even after finishing whole I already started getting compliments that's why I decided to continue. Started at 53kg now im 48kg and I dont even need to have a good diet. If that will help somehow then no problem :)

I did the workout five days a week in the morning before breakfast and doing this for seven days has given some little results about my body shape. I feel a bit lighter and have more energy for the rest of the day but still I don't know if I've lost weight since I don't have a balance at home. But doing this was also really good for my self esteem because I feel like I can do it and can complete every day and the day after. Don't give up, girls and boys and non-binary people ❤

Its been a good while since I worked out ...... updating here so I keep at it and track my progress Day 1 ✅ : noticed my arms and legs were extremely wobbly and shakey (probably cause I haven't worked out if yall have any tips drop it down below) definitely felt the burn ... exited for day two Day 2 ✅ : pretty sore from yesterday but since the workouts were less intense compared day 1 I was able to do it all .... tempted to do another work out cause I barely sweat. Day 3 ✅ : felt quite weak exercising and was shaking throughout.. probably cause I didn't eat properly so lesson learned.... Decided to take a break on day 4 Day 4 ✅ : ate properly this time and definitely felt the improvement .... enjoyed the workout this time and sweat a lot Day 5 ✅ : Slowly starting to enjoy working out Day 6 ✅ : When I tell you I was SWEATINGGG-....... but fr my abs are on fire and I never felt so accomplished working out for this long had to take a break in between due to scheduling issues but I'm back Day 7 ✅ : Short and sweet but killed my abs .. I'm slow starting to lean how to engage my core Day 8 ✅ : me thinking this workout is easy .... me after doing the arm workouts in the air : ♒♒♒ Day 9 ✅ : my legs feel like jello but man that was a great work out Day 10 ✅ : lower abs are crying .. i really need to build my core strength Day 11 ✅ : Being sore from yest made today especially hard but I did it yay

I’ve been doing Pilates consistently for about 7 weeks now, I did the last one month plan and it was amazing!! However the last 10 days I’ve been on holiday so I’ve dropped off a little, so this plan couldn’t have come at a more perfect time!! I saw the most progress/results in my legs from the last plan, they were so much more toned and stronger, and also in my ability to do the exercises. While at the beginning I would struggle and take many breaks and sometimes skip certain exercises, by the end I was able to cruise through each video and would maybe only stop once!! I only saw slight results in my abs and dropped a little bit off my waist, im hoping to work on this more with the new plan!! But overall, I just felt sm stronger and happier with myself. The last plan did wonders from my health, mentally and physically, so im super excited for this one and will update everyday. 🩵

Day 1: I stretched before starting the workout, and I'm glad I did. Obviously, because this is my first time, some of the workouts were awkward but felt nice to do. The pacing for each workout was easy to follow. Definitely made me sweat 😓 but it feels rewarding. Can't wait for day 2!!! You got this 👍 💪

At the last exercise, I couldn't stand on my hands. Because of the pain, my toast became like a bruise because of my weight. But to be honest, it was the best exercise I ever did in my life. At the beginning of the video, you feel that it is difficult, but then time passes and you don't feel the time. Time passes quickly. I was laughing in half the workout because of her smile. The smile was encouraging me when she was looking and smiling. I was saying now you might say the exercises are difficult, right? Anyway, there was an exercise that I couldn't do. 😢

Day one done! I have weak wrists and poor core strength so I had to make modifications to some workouts, but this is a great start for someone who has never worked out before. Как же я ее матерю во время занятия, и как же мне хорошо после! После двухнедельного плана решила сделать перерыв и позаниматься у кого-то поспокойнее. Но такого заряда эмоций не было, поняла что надо вернуться к Мэделин. И поскорее, чтобы успеть пройти месячный план перед Новым годом и корпоративами. idk who has to hear this but : you have already started, now there is no turning back. If you are thinking of giving up in the middle of the challenge remember all those times when you gave up and all the times you said i will do it tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. You just did the hardest part now it is just you against you are you gonna quit or are you gonna finish the challenge and maybe start a new one. If you really want to change your appearance, lose fat, gain muscle or just live healthy you are gonna have to work for it. it is your choice suffer now be happy later or be happy now suffer later . anyways guys good luck completing the challenge do not fall off the track and quit let quitting be your last choice luv you

Боже, я даже не смогла закончить, мои силы закончились на 14 минут😢 А ведь она делает все так легко, да еще и с дополнительным весом на ногах... Это невероятно сложно, я поражаюсь силе других людей, которые смогли продержаться до конца

Буду делать! Мой вес : 60.50 Буду больше отталкиваться визуально) День1: сделано, самые быстрые 20 минут в моей жизни!! После тренировки, чувствую себя прекрасно. (Когда делаю силовые, то часто изматываюсь, а с пилатесом не так) День2: тело болит)) сделала половину тренировки. День3: вес 59,80. Я не ограничиваю себя в питании и не хожу по 10 тыс шагов. Просто делаю этот челлендж 😌 День4: сделано.

I have been following you on tiktok and youtube for so long and you were the first person that came to my mind when I decided that I wanted to add Pilates into my routine.
