Let's focus on those guns, in today's FeetUp flow we focus on arm strength, strengthing the biceps, triceps and shoulders will help stabilize any inversions you choose to practice with or without your FeetUp trainer. Stronger arms can add an extra dimension of balance to your yoga practice and help you with confidence that your body is capable of hold you upright when you're upside down. If you find this flow a little too easy then why not do it twice, go on I dare you ;)
