Good morning Caroline (and everyone!) This is like a marathon - I’ve done a few, though not for some time, but one never forgets the journey. There will be good days and harder days. There will be days that you might feel tired or discouraged or worn down, I remember those times. I think the THINKING about it is the key, its all a mental thing (unless you are genuinely injured or exhausted or sick) - but the times I’ve overcome are because on those days I allow myself a grace period . I tell myself “If I don’t feel like I’m into this in X number of minutes then I’ll gift myself the day off, make it a rest day and come back fresh the next. So much of it is a mental thing - and 99% of the time find that if I put just a little time in I then “warm up” inside and out and the workout rolls on and I’m SO PROUD of myself. In a marathon I recall it can be called “hitting the wall” and its a trick of the mind. I get such confidence from pushing myself, not over pushing, just at least trying... NOBODY can take that away from us! THANK YOU, Caroline, because we all see YOU pushing yourself too! Without even words, with just some nods, smiles, thumbs up AND when YOU have to take a pause, you keep it real and inspire. MANY blessings to you today, your family and everyone here who is following along. WE can ALL DO THIS!

I don’t know who could give a thumbs down to THAT!? THAT was amazing!! Love love loved the oblique work - all my fav moves but missing the weighted side bends! 😉 I have never done a kneeling windmill... I really enjoyed it! My shoulders were already fatigued by the time we got to shoulders so my weight ranged from 8lb (rear delt flys) to 20lbs (diagonal press & push press) but I used mostly 10 & 15lbs. Always love a good shoulder burn and this did not disappoint!! It was spot on! Thank you Caroline! Way to smash it everyone and have a great Tuesday!! 🇺🇸 ❤️💥👊🏻💪🏻

Loved this workout. Thought the format was great. Had to mix my dumbbells up a bit. Start with heavy then drop to lighter. The pace was great and I thought the workout was over quickly. Really felt it in my abs. Arms just ache. Need to get a bit stronger to feel and really connect on the muscle that’s being worked when I use a heavy weight. Thanks Caroline

Done with 9kg and 5kg dumbbells. I’m definitely seeing results; eight weeks ago I’d probably have done this with 6.5kg and 4kg and found it just as difficult as I did today. Also I looked in a mirror afterwards and was surprised to see how defined my abs have already become! They’re still months/years away from looking anything like Caroline’s but I think it’s a good start! A big thank you to Caroline for helping me make it happen - let’s hope the progress continues!

Only one more day to move forward to where I left off last time... WOOT! So glad I paused and restarted, I feel stronger, faster, leaner and healthier. Your EPIC is transforming me from the inside out - both physically and mentally. Your workouts cause me to pause and consider this incredible machine that my body is. That is powerful! Having a healthy body to begin with is a privilege, your program pares me down to a person who I am proud to know I’ve earned every inch. Clothes fit better. I have stamina. I have peace. Oy. so i am a busy working mom and today was so jammed pack with work and dealing with kid stuff. instead of not doing your work out, i just did 5-10 mins whenever i could fit it in. i started at 8:30 a.m. and finished at 5 p.m. wish i could have done it all together for that cardio component, but a woman has to do what a woman has to do. am grateful i could do what i could in bite-size segments between my conference calls and dealing with kid homework/commitments. am sharing this so that others that can't find the time to do the entire workout in 1 piece may consider doing the digestible bits when they have time throughout the day. thanks as always Caroline- my shoulders are killing me-

Anyone else's abs still feeling it from yesterday's (Day 31) workout? I think I only got to the third exercise and my abs were yelling at me. And yet it was another great workout designed and led by Caroline. Who knew that working out in one's basement could be so much fun AND effective. Yuhuuuuu, great workout, Caroline! I also like the fact that in two consecutive days we include the abs - that's my problem. It is strange that right there I gain mainly kg. And the arm and shoulder exercises, I am so grateful for them, because mine are already beautifully shaped, thanks to you! Thank you, thank you very much! You are great! ❤️🙏

I have just updated to 9KG from 8KG dumbbells for arms workout! It is challenging but already doable for many exercises. I am so happy, thank you, Caroline! I started this program with 5KG!

Hi, Caroline! I loved this workout! I can really tell how much progress I've made in my shoulders after doing this. Wow, are those muscles I see? One of these days I hope to have Caroline arms. It's a work in progress! Thank you for yet another EPIC workout. We need to slow these down, though. Time is flying! I can't believe this is Day 32!!! Can't wait to see you for EPIC 33! High five!

Hoping I'll be able to do the shoulder pushes with 10kg weights by the end of this - a few weeks behind! Thanks for all the hard work you put into these EPIC workouts! We all love you for it! x

Caroline.....another incredibly EPIC workout!!! Great shoulder workout and today I upped my weights for the first time in a long time. I am quite sore but my strength is increasing daily and feeling so good. My confidence had taken quite a hit last year when sciatic issue made it difficult to do even the simplest workouts. Walking for any longer than 15 minutes became impossible. I had gotten to the point even a squat was out of the question but thru stretching and physical therapy and your workouts I am getting back to me. Thank you......for your encouragement and your dedication to helping so many others.

Hey Caroline Hope you’re having great day I just finished this workout and I enjoyed it so much before this epic program I didn’t pay attention to working out my shoulders after starting the Epic with you I was struggling with shoulders workouts but now I’m so much stronger and I can see huge changes in my shoulders And shoulders day has become my one of my favorite workouts. I used 2x 10.5 Kg dumbbells and 6 kg X2 I love doing the windmills they are smart exercises choice to target obliques and shoulders and back and hamstrings Too . You’re So talented and I hope like many others you come up with another challenge program after finishing this as it seems Gyms gonna be close for longer time “ winter is coming “ and lockdown continues . Thank you for being our friend and PT keep pushing us I appreciate and very grateful for you workouts. ❤️👊🏼

@@matthewalmond4688 thank you Matthew I made a great progress on my shoulders thanks Caroline workouts I used to struggle before in lifting 3 kg X2 for doing some arm workouts coz my shoulders were weak so by consistency and workout hard and dedication to this Program I can stand lift 10.5 at some exercises hopefully I can go heavier soon. Stronger shoulders means stronger arms . I’m about to sleep looking forward for tomorrow’s workout. Good night and enjoy your evening.

This was hard core but I really enjoyed it. I went from being unable to do two sets with my 3kg weights to doing sometimes one full set with my 5kgs and the second with the 3kg so thanks, Caroline for a programme that really improves strength and core stability as well! I'm struggling to type right now, but I'm so grateful for your efforts. Thanks a mill, Caroline! Much love from South Africa

My second round of EPIC! Super session; my obliques are on fire. I noticed the introduction of the beep during the cool-down. It reminded me of how long I've been working out with Caroline! Thanks, Caroline!

Day 32 ✅ Loved this one. Working on the obliques first and then shoulders is a good change for me as my previous trainer used to alternate abs with other body parts. Doing your way helps me feel the burn more. Thank you Caroline ❤️
