Okay I was so nervous when I saw 40 mins but this felt way easier than I expected it to be. Although I did feel my abs burn in the last few minutes. Amazing workout!!!❤❤

Чуть не сдохла😮 всё тело трясётся. Я новичок в этом деле и некоторые упражнения у меня не получаются, но всё же "6день" сделан👌. Скорее всего я пройду этот марафон до конца , а потом начну опять с 1 дня чтоб сделать все качественно со второго раза)))

I did the first one month plan and at the time I could not do the 40 minutes class, had to break it in two sets during the day and still it was very hard, and I am actually so happy that I was able to do it all in one go this time!! I look more toned and my legs are smaller (which was always an insecurity of mine) your routines are amazing!

I accidentally took like a solid 2 week break from doing this plan as i was spending time with my boyfriend before he went overseas for 3 weeks and ive had a huge falling out with my friends who aren’t speaking to me and uninvited me from their birthdays.. 😓 Even though i feel pretty down atm ive decided to get back into it and this was definitely a super good push for that. I couldn’t do the 40 min vid in the last one month plan but this one felt so nice and chill!! Super proud of how far my body has come ❤️ Day 6: ✅

When I saw it was 40 minutes long, I was discouraged. I remembered the 40 minutes video of day 2 of the first one month plan and how difficult it was. Today, I managed to do all the workout without taking extra break! I am SWEATING as hell. The last exercice KILLED me. But after all, I kinda liked this one. It is definitely hard than the first one month plan, but I am glad to see I can still improve. Day 6 completed!

Doing this for the rest of the month #Newyearnewme LIKE SO I REMEBER Start date: January 5th, 2025 End date: February 4th, 2025!! ﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌ Stats: Weight: 120.8 lb or 55 kg Height: 173 cm or 5'8 Waist: 26 inches or 66 cm ﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌ Day 1: I thought this was going to be easy but I can't feel my arms. Got humbled very fast.😭 Day 2: I felt it in my core!! Day 3: I almost forgot to update but I hurt my wrist :( My body is a lot more toned and I feel my legs are toned up Day 4: Rest!! Day 5: Lowkey regret taking the rest day because it made it harder Day 6: I HAVE REALLY BAD BALANCE Day 7: Took a rest because of cramps, although my waist is much smaller and my abs are more defined!! Day 8: 40 minutes complete I look snatched!!
