Loved this! Used my 40 lb barbell for all 3 chest presses & 15 lbs for squats & deadlifts. Still only body weight for lunges but was able to do all 3 sets. Definitely feeling stronger ! 👏🏻💪🏻🤩💕

Hardest one yet but so satisfying! Is anyone else struggling to increase weight for squats because it's too much for arms to hold? I went my heaviest that I could keep up as far as arm strength but I know my legs could do more!
