I used to always avoid working solely with manipura because of how demanding it is sometimes and in the beginning I had to take loads of breaks in between to finish the exercices. Today I went all in and it was so so satisfying at the end, it really centers you. Thanks for this practice, your yoga classes are really top-notch

I love your sessions! ❤❤❤ Its amazing how my energy changes in the last few days.. I made some ellemantary changes in the way that i reflect it's about joy and fun in life.. Doing things from the attitude of joy and not an unconscious attitude of victim or suffering... Thank you very much for your presence, your support. I've continued here today, since I was ill mentally and physically the past days. I battle depression and I feel like this practice is wonderful to counteract the feeling of depression. Sometimes I just feel uncomftable and uneasy for whole days, and even if it's temporary, I can feel comftable right now! Naturally I'm more vata than pitta, but the breath of fire has been really helpful for me. I even use it when I'm highly anxious, so my body can kind of let it out, and I can calm down afterwards instead of staying anxious for the next few hours.

I know how challenging the struggle with depression can be, and I really empathize with you. I think you're doing the best thing you can do for yourself. These sort of practises, to move energy, to step out of that "Tamasic"/stuck vibration and into something more "Rajasic"/dynamic or more balanced is exactly what you need to get out of that heaviness. I know sometimes you can feel overwhelming or impossible, but I promise you it's only the influence of the low vibration. As soon as you manage to raise your vibration a little bit, it will become very clear exactly what you need to do to stay high and healthy. Day-6 was really taking the energy to the next level Bro Andrew! Manipura 🟡 Chakra practice was truly action-packed & was indeed challenging to maintain the poses along with the fiery 🔥 breath work. But your encouraging words, light-hearted humour & glorious smile really helped in pushing our limits. What a great way to celebrate my birthday week with you practices. I really enjoyed this session. I have always felt weak in my solar plexus, however during the rest period I really felt something shift internally- it was like the clockwise movement of the chakra. Thank you 🙏

That's amazing! It's quite common for many people to feel weak in this center. Especially in recent years, many people suffer from various digestive issues and all sort of social anxieties. It's super important in today's age to work on Manipura and step into your power. Doing so will not only help you in your life, but showing your confidence, will give permission to others to step in to their power as well 🔥💗

@@annwarneka868 there's not really a good substitute for the massaging aspect of the rocking, but you could use cat-cow in place to stimulate the energy flow.

That's awesome Valeria! Even if you can't do the Asanas 100%, feel free to modify them however makes it work for you. Ultimately, the poses are just meant to support your mind to direct the energy. So even if you can't do the pose perfect, you can still use the power of your mind to direct 🙏💞
