Thank you Dr Adam. This is a perfect concluding session to my day, albeit in 30c temperature. I've been wracking my brains about who you remind me of.... the answer came to me... Rush's drummer, Neil Peart, who sadly passed several years ago. The period when he got rid of his long hair and amazing 'tash! (their "Tom Sawyer" video gives a good idea)🙏😌

I have a suspicion (I haven't really researched it) but it seems that the mitochondria has to be a key element of the transmission and utilization of the qi. It is the respiratory part of every cell and therefore processes all the oxygen that goes to the cell which breath delivers to it.

I was thinking the same thing :) The mitochondria is what drives the energy of the body from a western science perspective.
