I absolutely love to stretch, it reminds of when I was in dance class in Junior High School. I was able to do a full split and lift my legs over my head while standing, etc. That was many years ago, :-) But, what I remembered most was enjoying how my muscles felt when stretching. It felt amazing then and it feels amazing now. Thanks.

Is this stretch routine too intense for a pre-workout stretch? I do Hiit and/or Tabata style workouts 4-5x a week, but I normally don't perform pre-workout warm-ups because I guess I felt that starting with an interval of high knees or jumping jacks was sufficient. Currently, I'm dealing with an adductor muscle strain or tear (self-diagnosed), and I want to know how to prevent further and/or future damage. I do usually perform about 2mins of post workout stretches. Thanks.
