1. hip thrusts: (3x12,10,8)
*drop set decrease weight do triple contractions- reach weight do banded hip thrusts
2. step ups (3x10) each leg
3. leg curls (3x12)
super set
4. 1 -1/4 glute focused hypers (3x failure)
5. abductions (3x20)
*drop set increase the weight lean forward doing pulses until failure
