hello my loves! today i'm taking you through a day in my life of my shredding routine as I prep for my bodybuilding show and i'm showing you all the deets! my cardio, my training and all the supps i love that help me on my journey!
WORKOUT DEETS
Squat: (3x10)
Leg Extensions: (3x15)
*for the last set do 10 heavier reps then drop the weight lighter do 20 reps, drop the weight lighter again and do 20 more reps
Bulgarian Death Set: (1 set each leg for 90 seconds)
*3 second negative, 3 second hold at 90 degrees, come up ½ in short from lockout that’s one
Donkey Kicks: (2x10) each leg
SUPERSET
Glute Medius Kickbacks: (2x10) each leg
Glute Ham Press: (3x10-12)
Walking Lunges: 100 yards
