Thanks for this, when you’re too tired to get out of bed and yet you want to do something, a first step into improving, thank you! Short enough to not be intimidating and also you feel the effects, just what I needed to try and slowly get back into workouts and have healthy hips during my 3rd pregnancy!

Thank you so much for doing these bed workouts! I have dysautonomia and exercise intolerance so it’s very difficult for me to change my posture without getting extremely dizzy. I love that I can get my heart rate up enough without feeling sick by doing these exercises! I’ve had trouble finding creators that do this specifically, so you’re literally a life saver.
