I love your channel. I think it’s so important. Your videos enable people who may have no energy, no time, no motivation, maybe even limited movement, to get involved in stretching from the comfort of their beds. I think what you are doing is so beautiful, and so important x

I love that nothing extreme is shown... simple to follow and do-able ones only ... and having everything timed in real time is VERY convenient to follow the video while doing the exercises... no guesswork and just watch and follow exactly ... 👍👍👍👍

I love how one is called happy baby pose and another is called corpse pose 😂 Love the stretch and workout in bed videos so much! Your videos are so nice, I’ve been doing your 5 mins stretch and now I’m following your 10 mins one cos they’re so relaxing, pls keep making them!

I am so grateful for your channel. Subscribed, of course. The videos are high-quality filmed, so the poses and the moves from one to another are shown clearly and the "no chatting" is greatly appreciated. I do all 4 stretching routines in a row, finishing with this one. This way, even if I don't have time or energy to do anything else, I still have 25 minutes of stretching done. THANK YOU

Oh no, you ca try a Turkish sitting pose. Try to google it to get an image. Hope that one is a bit easier for you.

I really love this routine and I do it almost every night now and by the time I'm done I'm sleepy already :-) Just a couple of questions if you don't mind: 1. Are there any stretches recommended for lower back pain and wrist pain... mainly caused by long hours sitting and driving? 2. How do you manage to sit on your legs so comfortably and for so long? Or does it just come with practice? Thanks again for all the lovely videos you put out ❤️

Hey lovely, thank you! ❤️ Most of the stretches in this video and my other stretching videos are good for lower back pain. I can sit comfortably on my legs because I stand up at work and I am a fairly active person (I film the workouts, I go to the gym, I stand up at work for 8 hrs a day, I go for walks / run errands etc). I suppose that could change in time if you start to become more active and you build a bit of muscle mass and your body gets stronger.

I think you should set this stretching as a flow with similar movment in the same time, instead of this, it seems not smooth and relaxed

I love this stretch. My stiffness and pain all gone away after the stretch.Thank you. But the music is not relaxing. It looks like horror movie music.
