I appreciated very much using food as medicine. We live in imperfect world with imperfect food that cause bad effect in our imperfect body. But because human body are wonderfully made, (Psalm 139:14) the human body needs the right kind of food, food as medicine the body can heal itself, I believe that the God the Bible is the source of all life. (Psalm 36:9) He gives us food to eat and knowledge how to help one another. it is good to know that God is good to us all. Life is good. I am looking forward to a longevity with the help and support of my God Jehovah and Christ and with your support Dr. Adrian den Boer, and Dr. Kate is a wonderful Dr. Thank you.

How true! I’ve been visiting Dr. Den Boer and his team since 2003 and my 30 year old Down’s son since 2009. Neither of us are under any meds.

greenytaddict Thats a huge improvement! That's life changing. White pitatoes really aren't your friend unless it absolutely the only thing you have to eat for nutrition.

This way one of the best video i'v seen in a while ! I love learning ! It's sad that we have to pay for health care and all we can get is MDS !!! Not health care at all . We should get to pick what kind of doctors we want ! I'm taking my care in my own hands MDs have got me very sick ! I'v been doing a Ketoginic life style since August " I feel amazing off both blood pressure pills the MDs said I would be on the rest of my life " wrong " I was on them at 40 I'm now 55 no more hot flashes ' I sleep like I'm 20 ! I have Philadelphia crom 22 since 2011 I had to go on half of my meds because of money and when I say my oncologist he was mad I was only taking 1/2 of my meds " but when he looked at my blood work it looked fine !!!! But he said the truth will tell in two weeks the rest will be back ' he said if it's not good he'd call me ! I got no phone call ! So this Ketoginic is doing some thing good for my body !

Cell to cell 'what'????...for brain fog...so what would a person do? I'm trying to follow your reasonings, but need some direction on this.Personally, I have made my diet up primarily fresh and cooked vegetables, green smoothies, and eliminated sugars, dairy and flours/processed. I'm still not happy with my results, but been working on this for over a year. At times I get cravings...and have been watching the videos on cortisol issues. My doctor just doesn't seem to want to back me on this... since I'm also on pain relievers for arthritis. How do I break free from this without repercussions? Seems I am having to do all the work, to find answers...because the medical field in this area Sucks!

It's so difficult to take care of human food today

Meat is actually a last resort kind of food. You should only eat Steve when you have no other option. But Steve tasted so good, that we eat it everyday now. But the human system is not at all specialized in digesting it.

How did you conclude that paleo diet is pro inflammatory? And there's nothing in paleo saying you need to consume 45% protein.

Trust me...some people are working on growing their own vegetables...but winter time makes it difficult. I don't eat tomatoes...because I was told it is part of the nightshade family which contributes to inflammation. So...I'm sure a lot of people would love to grow their own...If it grows. LOL Tho' I did have a great crop of Cucumbers last year...zucchini, not so good.

@mjthedealer
@mjthedealer 10 жыл бұрын

50 g not more then 100 g per day divided into meat and other veggies who or reach on proteins, for instance beans. You also need to be sure about getting all vitamins required every day which is actually not in the food we are able to buy these days. Which I'm sorry he doesn't take into consideration here so everyone needs a good supplement. Want to know about good supplements welcome to contact me. And what vitamins can do together with your food. facebook.com/myteamoflivingpeople

On sugar, are you including the sugar from fruits and non-starchy vegetables? When giving advice one should be very intent with the distinction.

I know you have the best intentions, but I think you're falling into the trap that every other diet guru has by mixing up correlation with causation. The Chinese have eaten white rice for decades and most were very lean up until the introduction of vegetable oils into their food supply. Brown rice is also known for its high levels of arsenic and PUFAS, so refining the grain is actually beneficial. Bodybuilders are known for eating lots of baked potatoes and If they were so inherently fattening these guys for sure wouldn't be eating them. Also, per calorie, potatoes have a better amino acid profile than whey protein, which is perceived as a magic supplement. Now onto sugar. I could show you numerous studies of children eating high sugar breakfast cereals and being leaner than their counterparts. The only problem I see with sugar is if that is the only component of someone's diet. Sugar as you all know lacks nutrients, but I don't think the people watching this video would be the ones to get all their carbs from granulated sugar. Impaired cellular respiration is the cause of diabetes, so reducing sugar will only mask the true cause. Also, sugar is a stress reliever for many so eliminating it from the diet will only exacerbate high cortisol issues.

LOL! I am Seventh day Adventist and thought the same thing... here we go again confusing us with the Jehovah Witness's! Too funny, nevertheless I feel blessed to have found these videos, too bad they are a 2 hour drive from Chicago.
