I've been struggling with pretty bad depression and anxiety and it caused me to eat alot and get pretty severely out of shape from when I used to dance. My dad found this and told me about it because I used to watch wrestling during the Attitude and Ruthless Aggression Era. I love it. I did the whole work out and I was shaking by the end, but it wasn't so hard that I had to give up. Thanks DDP

Watching this DDP exercise makes me burn up and sweat a little bit. I have cerebral palsy and I can barely do much of those exercises without any problems even though I had to do it a lot different. 👍

27:34 I mark out EVERY TIME he does that plank handstand. That guy is 65 and can do that!!!

I absolutely loved this workout! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm 64 and I was big into different sports.... but I've messed up my knees from so much running, my back from an accident, my morale from depression.... I'm 5 lbs overweight but I"m soft as hell and all my flexibility is gone. I needed a workout that I could do and see the potential to progress. I live in the mountains in France.... thank you for being there! I'm going to do this workout everyday ! I'm so excited!

61 years old, have back issues that doctors don’t help with, my whole side gets spasms. This is day one for me. Didn’t make it though completely so I am going for a walk and then sitting in my Hot tub for stretching.

I have done this workout for only 4 consecutive days and all my pains have disappeared! I used to do pilates but only got to it when I was in extreme pain. This makes so much sense to do it daily. DDP, you are just amazing!

Around the chest is a heart rate monitor, so you can see how hard you’re working. The arm straps are the “Jacked Straps”, they’re blood flow restriction cuffs

I was an armature boxer later on into bodybuilding in my 20's and early 30's then I stopped due to my work schedule. Now I am almost 40 (in November of this year 2021) I am diagnose with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes and I tried yoga in general for the first time and it is much harder than I thought. Hope this exercises will be my habit in life for health and fitness. Thank you DDP Yoga in advance.

I'm semi retired and 55...need to get my ass in gear.. i did this workout for 15 min and I'm sweating pretty good. I will repeat this workout as often as I can till I can do the whole thing. Thx DDP!

I hope to start participating in this kind of thing eventually, but first I need to fix my belly. I have been labeled as obese most of my life, but I'm not actually fat. I have had a hernia as wide as my hips since I was 8 years old. I'm 31. I had a new Physical Education teacher when I was eight who on the first week worked me so hard he sent me home pissing blood. My mother never listened to me about it. Once I get my belly fixed, I'll try participating. Dallas has been a hero of mine for a few years, largely because of what his program did for guys like Arthur and Vance. I don't know either of them, but I watched their journeys a long time ago. And through them, as well as this channel, Dallas has inadvertently given me the confidence to keep trying to fix my body.

I been doing this every night until I can purchase your subscription and heart rate monitor. I'm currently trying to get myself into shape so I can fulfill my dream of becoming a professional wrestler. I seen so many people lose so much weight doing your workouts and it's inspired me to do them too. I'm currently 188 lbs, a bit on the chubby side but I been working real hard to lose the fat. What you do is amazing and I can't thank you enough for changing so many people's lives. You have changed mine and I'm extremely grateful and thankful! God bless you DDP!

@@slashbat2375 any advice on gaining/building muscle? I still lost on that part but I been still doing the DDPY everyday after work and before work. My diet ain't the greatest well lack of a diet, I hardly eat haha. Any pointers would be nice.

This is great of you to do this. I purchased your whole set when i was in the USA. I moved back to South Africa in 2019. Well just to find out that all the DVD's i bought with me got stolen. Been doing this everyday with my wife. Without the poppers. Our calorie count is 250 or thereabouts. Do the poppers really make that much difference? BANG!

Do you mean the straps on the arms. Yes. You can use cheap BFR straps and slide them up and down, if you can't afford his. They're now called power cuffs... they're really good but pricey. You'll gain strength by using them. Should be 7/10 tight, nothing crazy.

I followed along fine at age 68. Probably my best yoga workout ever, this kind I like! I am dealing with a (judo) shoulder injury, I think I will add this routine to my rehab!

Fantastic workout. I've decided to take charge of healing my chronic low back pain on my own, as no medical professional has been helpful. Workouts like this really help and give me confidence that I don't have to accept chronic pain - I can heal myself!

I did this workout today. I lift a lot, but have pain and I think it is my flexibility. It got me sweating like playing an hour of basketball. I might actually get a subscription to this.

Have had horrible back pain for the past 2 months and man let me tell you this has been game changing for me. My back pain went from a 9 to 5 on day one. This is my fourth day doing it and the pain has dropped down to a 3. Thank you DDP… BANG!!!

i lost 80 lbs 2 years ago and have kept it off. i told myself i would try to work out despite have A S. most workouts are impossible for me to do. i am going to try some DDP yoga and work up to this workout.

Been doing some form of DDP yoga for the past few months. Been incorporating different styles from India into this and it has strengthened ny back big time. Coupled with some cardio, I have gotten in better shape in the past seven months than I have in the past 20 years.

Hi, I hope someone from DDP reads this and can answer my question. I bought the DVDs years ago and have used them alot. I stopped exercising for a while and decided to start again. I have 2 discs, but can only find one. I have the one with "Below the Belt", "Diamond Cutter" and "Red Hot Core". I'm MISSING "Breathing", "Diamond Dozen" "Energy" "Fat Burner" and "Red Hot Core" - which unfortunately are all on Disc 1 (that I lost) and the primary exercises I used. Is there anyway I can access these videos? Are they on KZbin or somewhere else? I plan to do this workout above until I can either find the lost disc, or figure something else out. Thank you!

I’ve never done yoga in my life but my wife enjoys it, I’ve been suffering with lower back pain for months now despite still going to runs and some weight sessions and just working through the pain. I know of DDP through hearing many people talk about it so decided last night to do this workout. I got through the whole session despite struggling near the end, to my surprise it was harder than I thought and a sweaty workout! I have woke up this morning for the first time in months with no back pain, unbelievable. I’ll be doing this workout again this evening and will look into the app now for more. Thank you DDP!

So, I do P90X30 five days a week, and that's been my thing for a while, now. I even found a modified workout calendar, just to increase the intensity. But I don't work out on weekends, and lately, I've been feeling it. At the end of sundays, I can feel the lack of stretching in my back and shoulders. So, I thought, let's start doing weekend yoga. And I know Diamond Dallas Page has a whole yoga thing, so that seemed legit. What I found was not that. What I found was fucking battle yoga. I was happy with myself just that I was able to keep up. The fact that I was able to add 5 lb weights at a few points thrilled me. It still kicked my ass, though, just like he said it would. Now, I just need to figure out on which days is this is gonna replace Tony Horton! 🤣🤣🤣

I broke my back 2 years ago and have been in a rut ever since cause I can't move well. 5 minutes of DDP yoga, and I can see how guys like Scott Hall and Jake Robert's could bounce back their lives. It's just the excersi I been needing to push myself.

I have Rhumatoid arthritis..14yrs now. I can still walk for miles but can't raise my arms up or get off a chair without pain. Do u have any videos that would help me.

My only goal at 40 is to remain a tough old man, a few weeks ago after morning push ups I threw my back out worse than I ever have, I missed 3 days of work and thought about quitting, DDP just checked that thought at the door, this along with my boxing workout is perfect 👍 the non strict pattern really helped me stretch a few things I didn't know needed it, this is an absolute game changer for me, thank you a million, 💪

I had a car accident due to a drunk driver now I'm going to wheelchair I've gained 80 lb I have more surgeries to go my legs are limited mobility both of my hips have to be replaced please help me to find a way to do exercise without causing more problems

I've been doing BJJ/wrestling for over a decade but I only like rolling/wrestling and hate working out which has led to back, knee, and trap issues that can leave on the sidelines for weeks.O Just one sesh of this workout has me feeling different.
