I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at age 27 which is extremely rare for 1. Women & 2. my age… i qualified for a whipple and got it and i’ve been cancer free for 2 years. I have researched endlessly about what causes pancreatic cancer because i was the first ever in my family with it. Noone could give me answers no doctor nothing but, after so much research i have realized it is 100% because of the food!
Chemicals in body products, cosmetics, sunscreen, laundry detergents and additives, hair products, deodorants, body odor eliminators, lipsticks…can’t avoid this stuff 100%, but it’s good to think about those types of things when the ads come on TV

I think a serious discussion of Vitamin D would be very helpful. A year or two ago, the New York Times had an article about the failure of vitamin D to show significant benefit in RCTs. And of course, the Endocrine Society recently recommended that doctors not even test for it! This suggests that there is a serious scientific debate going on about this and it would be valuable to hear a balanced discussion about it.

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less ADDED chemicals, sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products. Why is there so much ADDED sugar in everything, even bread. That's just crazy Email, text, tweet or phone your favorite producer of poison and let them know consumers want less salt, oils and sugars in their products. Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues. Each part of your body has a different acidity ph. Blood and stomach have completely different acidity. The acid in foods doesnt have much to do with this but its in how the body processes them. Like sugar and yeast, it feeds bad bacteria and bad bacteria excrete toxic waste which can cause cancer. I hope i worded this well enough to make sense. Read into it more.

Coconut sugar is also a perfect example of a better sweetener to use as well. I follow Dr Li, but I wanted Dr Hyman's input as well.
