I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at age 27 which is extremely rare for 1. Women & 2. my age… i qualified for a whipple and got it and i’ve been cancer free for 2 years. I have researched endlessly about what causes pancreatic cancer because i was the first ever in my family with it. Noone could give me answers no doctor nothing but, after so much research i have realized it is 100% because of the food!

Along with a fresh whole food diet also concentrate on keeping pharmaceuticals out of the body and cleaning your house out of chemical based house cleaners, aerosols, smell good room fresheners, washing detergents, dish liquid. Use glass storage containers, exercise regularly, introduce lymphatic cleansing exercises, include meditative exercises such as Tai Chi and Qigong. Connect with nature by walking outside barefoot a few minutes a day and do certain yard work without gloves.

I think a serious discussion of Vitamin D would be very helpful. A year or two ago, the New York Times had an article about the failure of vitamin D to show significant benefit in RCTs. And of course, the Endocrine Society recently recommended that doctors not even test for it! This suggests that there is a serious scientific debate going on about this and it would be valuable to hear a balanced discussion about it.

I make fermented kefir water, I use about 5 tablespoons of raw sugar, ferments several days, and a second ferment done with, usually, sliced lemon. This is a recipe for a 64oz jar. What do you think about the sugar used in making this. It’s my understanding that “most” of the sugar is eliminated by the fermentation process. Does anyone have any info/opinion about doing kefir water?

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less ADDED chemicals, sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products. Why is there so much ADDED sugar in everything, even bread. That's just crazy Email, text, tweet or phone your favorite producer of poison and let them know consumers want less salt, oils and sugars in their products. Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues. Reduce or eliminate highly processed food from your diet if you can.

How acidic should the body be???
@findmesomewhereoverthere
@findmesomewhereoverthere 6 ай бұрын
Each part of your body has a different acidity ph. Blood and stomach have completely different acidity. The acid in foods doesnt have much to do with this but its in how the body processes them. Like sugar and yeast, it feeds bad bacteria and bad bacteria excrete toxic waste which can cause cancer. I hope i worded this well enough to make sense. Read into it more.

@@ShastaTodd Hola Shasta, not all sweeteners act alike, and honey is one that does not raise glucose or blood sugar, so no not all sweeteners are "sugar is sugar", except sugar varieties. Coconut sugar is also a perfect example of a better sweetener to use as well. I follow Dr Li, but I wanted Dr Hyman's input as well. Also, MonkFruit is a better alternative it comes from a fruit, these I suggest do not do the harm to our bodies like sugar. I avoid man created substitutes that are not something that comes from nature...example Stevia, etc.
