As a 67 year old guy, I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in my days. The most pleasurable and honest purchase experience was with Tesla. No “nitrogen tire” games, no haggling on price. A click of a button on the website and I’m good to go. In 2 1/2 years my only service cost has been washer fluid. My 25 year career with an industrial air separation company has made me well aware of the cost of nitrogen. I can’t think of any greater red flag than a charge of more than a few cents for nitrogen fill in the tires.

The first thing everyone should know is that every dealership is buying these vehicles for wholesale prices from the manufacturer. The next big thing is the charges for services to your vehicle are from a ridiculous charge from a book of minimum hours for the service that's Completely Bullshit. The mechanics are much faster than the book, and they usually can do whatever service in half the time or less. Part prices are seriously overpriced. The loans are full of extra fees.

once the smoke clears, the ONLY number on your page that matters to me as a buyer is the 57,586.41. My out the door price after all the add ons and fees. I don't care what the MSRP is, what the bottom line MSRP on the sticker is or any of it. What is the final number and lets work from that number forgetting all the smoke and mirrors with the other fees and accessories. Let's always only talk the bottom line, out the door price of the vehicle. Then, I, as the buyer can shake hands on a deal or walk to find a better deal. Why do so many dealerships make this so difficult. Getting to the out the door price is like trying to pull a tooth with tweezers.

I’ve seen places charge 5-7 dollars per tire for nitrogen top off, so 100 for filling all four completely isn’t crazy. Not sure what you mean by running dynamics. However, pressure fluctuation and loss is definitely impacted. You don’t have to get it, but what is $100 when you’re dropping 30-60k on a vehicle?

Right now the only problems I have with this dealership and Mitchell Watts is. But first let me say Mitchell is one of the nicest men you will ever meet. I thought very honest. I was shocked when he said I dont care if you buy this truck or not. If you aint happy. No hard feelings. That shocked me and I never seen a dealer tell me this. Especially the owner. Just an all around nice gentle man.I bought a used 2020 F150 with customed TC Customs in December of 2021. I love my truck. Mitchell even took my wife and myself out in it, because it was Supercharged and he was very knowledgeable about it and everything on that truck. Very detailed on everything. We came to a difference of $500.00 to make a deal. Them nor I wouldn't move. I live about 3 hours away. Late plus I try and never buy anything without sleeping on it and praying on it. Long story short. I couldn't beat the price. So I caved and came back and bought it. There was and still maybe a picture of it in the showroom. Its silver and at that time there baddest ever built F150. So my problem with Mitchell is he will never return my calls. Next is salesman who sold it said the plug for the plug in for trailer lights was in it. Havent found it yet. He said it would not only parallel park itself, but back into parking spot. No it will not. Didnt come out till 2021. I took his word and it was late and 3 hour trip home and wife had to work. I am fixing to return for them to service the truck and fix recalls and updates to the Roush Supercharger. Hopefully we can work this out as I wait. We will see. I know minor things, just dont tell me something is there and its not and simply make it right. Plus I really wanted to drive a Raptor and Roush truck, but just ran out of time. It was December 22 and they were closing early and I had to return home.

I won't accuse your dealership of this but a lot of dealerships just put green valve covers on the what do ya know we now have nitrogen in the tires. Its pointless. I researched a new car purchas a week ago. At my credit score of a high five the interest rate is 11-12% which i expected. What i didnt expect was the insurance quote. For a base model corolla priced at just under $24k they quoted me $325 a month "allstate"....that was full coverage with new car replacement and nothing else. So basicly im just over a grand for a freaking corolla?!!!!😡 Considering back when i had a new 2018 tacoma trd offroad 4x4 worth $44k i only payed $150 a month for insurance coupled with $765 a month payment i was still in at about $100 less than they want for a shyte box base economy car. That is BS from dealers to make more money. Air is 78% Nitrogen gas as it is. Some dealers give this away for free when you buy a new vehicle like they are doing you some big favor. I had a good honest dealership that I've done business with since 2003 and bought 13 vehicles there. It was always a pleasant experience. I was always satisfied with the deal treatment I received there and I looked forward to the time I'd trade for something new. That all changed last fall when I bought an F-150 Tremor. Without going into a lot of detail, the deal and treatment couldn't have been much worse. I initially walked after waiting 6 months for my truck to arrive. They called me up right away, but still wouldn't offer anything told me if I didn't want it, they'd sell to someone else. I decided to buy and when I went in on Monday, the salesman made me feel like he was doing me a favor getting the paperwork done. They couldn't find the 2nd FOB and when things finally wrapped up, salesman says "your truck is over there". No offer to explain hoe anything works. I just wanted to get out of there so didn't care. I felt like a total stranger at a dealership that I've done so much business with and will NEVER go back.
