Great video. Im a dentist that routinely treats canker sores and my go to is topical glutathione, oral propolis, methyl b complex, and oral lysine. For major apthous with severe pain we use low level light (laser) therapy via photobiomodulation to expedite recovery and mitigate pain. Compounded menthol, nystatin, and metronidazole rinses if we suspect coinfection

I got addicted to your videos, i've just watched your video about liver detox, what i like mostly about your teaching is that you address the root cause of every health issue, not like what others do by giving us things to eat or drink to detox the liver for example.... The body has its ability to heal itself, but when it has the right conditions, and these conditions are most important thing that we need to learn. I love that you give too much attention to cover digestive system issues and how to look at the whole picture, spot on 🎉🎉🎉🎉 70% i think of our immune system is in the digestive system, and most people suffer from problems that originate from there. Well done Mr Hale, i really love the way you explain things, and every sentence makes more sense than the previous one. Many thanks for your efforts and looking forward to learning from you more and more.... Love from Morocco ❤

As always I appreciate that you don't treat us all the same & just bang out your wonder cures as a one-size-fits-all but instead provide information that may lead us to the right conclusion for ourselves. For me, I come from a long line of hereditary allergy sufferers (we were involved in exploratory studies years ago looking into this & therapies). The maternal side & all us kids constantly had these horrendous craters in our mouths. The specialist gave us silver nitrate on a stick to burn them out they were so huge (probably not even legal today!) because it saved us showing up at his office every week. I now suffer from histamine intolerance & every time I eat an offending food or my histamine bucket overloads my mouth erupts in blood blisters & canker sores. It may be that food allergy & histamine intolerance is another culprit for some of your viewers.

Thanks for your note. I feel like it could be with some folks for a variety of reasons, but when you understand food sensitivity and intolerance issues, they can often have some of the same causes we talked about here. this video might give some insights: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXSwn6xqgcmbms0

I took your course in March, but anyway, I tried the beet flow that you recommend but now I’m just taking the HCL and it has helped me so much. I don’t even know how I would be doing if I didn’t listen to what you said and took it, but I do wonder when I should try to go off I’ve watched your videos say gradually.

Happy to hear you're making improvements. Yeah, I should make a video about this, I talk about it in my book and how to just watch for symptoms that come back to know if you're body is making enough on it's own yet or not. But you might also want to watch this video on why we don't let any of our clients use HCL without also taking steps to make sure bile is flowing: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iIjIqqN7n7pjrdE

Stress is my culprit so when I I’m under a lot of stress I supplement with lysine daily. Also more common in women to deplete of this amino acid

I was going through a stressful period and I ate a lot of fresh pineapple - I think the acid caused my canker sore. I swished my mouth with salt water and took lysine and zinc - it eventually went away but I wish I'd have known about the B12.

Once you fix your gut issues do you have to keep taking beetflow and betaine hcl
@KickItNaturally3 ай бұрын
I can depend on whether or not your body can make HCL on it's own again, and whether you have things working against you that can thicken up bile again. I'm making a video this week on this topic so stayed tuned.
