I have trouble Accessing my inner depths Of knowledge That I am immersed in When alone. My thoughts and feelings are like pictures, And I have trouble putting words to the pictures. When I try talking to people , I have trouble accessing my pictures. Some random pictures might come up, And I can explain something better but then I'll lose What I in vision, And I have to try to explain something going blind. Trying to explain my thoughts I can't see. I need peace and calm. So I can see the pictures of my thoughts And explain my feelings. Does any of this make sense? INFP Aquarius.

As an INTJ, I find it totally reasonable to want someone to impersonate you at a wedding. I do like free food, but that can easily be countered by the cost of a wedding gift, as well as the pressure to get something fitting, especially when you do not know the person very well. No to mention the discomfort of being in a crowded social situation with a bunch of strangers who very quickly become inebriated. I also have a bad experience of getting wine spilt all over me at a past wedding. It was not a fun time. I am 100% either eloping when I find a partner, or limiting the wedding to absolute maximum 13 people per side (enough to cover an average close family plus a few close friends, 10 and 3 in my case). Big weddings are an absolute waste of money as well, money that could be invested, or used to purchase things that have a greater utility.

I'm an INTJ who actually used to pay someone to impersonate me on social media. I had to end it when the person impersonating me accidentally got 'me' into a relationship with someone I've never met. Getting an impersonator in real life would be next level.

Omg I love the continuation of Brad and Becky storyline- like I love the idea of there being a continuation of the types in multiple videos like a DKCU (dear Kristen cinematic universe). Also how the ESTP doesn’t see any problems in asking out his ex and honestly even as an ENFP I probably wouldn’t see that much of an issue. Also love how the ISTJ in this video fits the “the friend who judge you and you will know it” from the 16p’s as friends. I am interested in the ISFJ also dating Brad it makes her being rude to Brad in the party video (if it’s the same ISFJ) to make even more sense. But also love the ENFP being clueless as to the concept of a plus one (and of course the casual trip that is in most of your videos- can identify the ENFP on sight lol- we really have no Se, I once fell into a hook a duck pond at a school fair and find myself saying “who put that [insert object that’s always there] here”). Honestly just general ENFP obliviousness like the amount of times my friends have had to go “yeah I think we need to have a chat” especially when it comes to misreading social situations.😂 Edit: OMG OK ANOTHER DETAIL: In the 16p’s on Valentine’s Day the ENFP and ISFJ are brainstorming how to set up “BECKY”- this could just be random but I’m invested in finding random details to make a timeline- so What if the ENFP and ISFJ set Brad and Becky up in their elaborate ways, then the 16p’s dating their opposite type could be Brad and Becky’s first date. I have a relatively new colleague at work who I had a hunch might be an ENFP but wasn't sure. That was until all the little mishaps piled up over time. Now I'm quite certain. 😉 I haven't “typed” that many people around me so I'm not sure whether I know any other ENFPs. If so they aren't as instantly recognizable like Kristin's. Lmao, as an ENTP I laughed at the ESTJ "unsuccesful" bit. Mainly because if I do not have a gf, I simply go alone and never cared as to how I would have been seen. If I go to a weeding I know several of the people there, so I have plenty of company, and I do not care what they would think of me, therefore I do not really need to bring a +1. If I do not know several of the people there, then why go? If I do not know the person enough to know their friends, then I am not really that close to that person. So it makes no sense to go to that wedding anyway, so I simply do not go.

@@bluebellbell3725 Oh it is not weird to not know anyone. I have gone to plenty parties that I do not know anyone. It is about knowing I will have a good time. I know most people will want to dance, and I really do not care much about dancing. And most group of people talk about superficial things, which really bores me. I might go dance for a bit, but for the most part, I will want to have deep conversations and or discussions. And going somewhere where I do not know anyone, might be pretty boring. Because most people do not open up about those things when you first meet them, and the conversations will for the most part be quite superficial. Also, if I am going to take paid leave days, and travel. I rather go somewhere else than a wedding, so I also do not travel for a wedding. I have rejected all invitations thus far outside of my city. Unless, it was one of my brothers or my best friends. It makes no sense whatsoever, to spend that much, and waste paid leave days. Just to go to a wedding of someone you are not even that close to. I rather use that to go somewhere I really want to go, and or just hang out with friends somewhere else. I do not spend time or money if it doesn't make sense to me. Even tho I have plenty of money, I rarely waste it. It has to make sense to me, why I am spending it.

They often look like introverts because they are basically looking for external IDEAS (Ne), not mere socialization (Fe), sensations (Se), or tasks (Te). Those aren't airplanes overhead; that's the phone you're filming with acting in airplane mode. Airplane mode on a phone is there in case you are stranded without cell reception and you need a sudden airplane to escape. Great for its primary use, but rough on set.

Hahaha...uhhh the most simple answer is it feels like a hassle. For introverts conversing with people, even those we know and like, can still be a tiring process. Now add in a bunch of strangers in a formal setting and exhaustion just multiplies. If you feel self conscious, you have the headache of keeping up a pretense. It only feels romantic if you are in that mindset or you're really close to the bride and groom. Things like drama and gossip are uninteresting or even repulsive to many introverts. Dressing up often feels like code for uncomfortable and awkward, and even when it's nice, it's like yea for a couple hours but then I wanna go home, get my cozy pants on and tune out the world. Weddings as a social event, are by nature filled with activities that are more appealing or natural to extroverts (mingling with new people, speeches, performances, public dancing etc). Don't get me wrong, weddings can be lovely, and a lot depends on circumstances and what kind of wedding is being held. It's just that for a typical introvert, this is more a "should go" kind of event than a "want to go".

As an enfp, idk that in an event like a wedding/funeral/graduation that I wouldn't be hyper aware of the expected etiquette, at least going in. For me, at least, those are the kind of situations I'd really prepare to be supportive/encouraging beforehand - almost so I can balance out the eventual outburst/misstep with good nature otherwise 😂 Anything lower stakes though (lower than life and death really), and yeah, idc about the decorum too much really lol
