Hi Emily! I’ve done 5 of your workouts now and I’m so so glad I found them. I was supposed to start physiotherapy 6 months ago, to build up my strength after a year of being stuck in bed ill. It got cancelled because of coronavirus so I’ve been trying to work out on my own but it’s been so boring and hard. But I LOVE doing your workouts! You are so positive and fun, you always give modifications, you never make me feel bad if I can’t do things. I’m excited to try this one as my legs need some serious help 😂

I have an ankle injury so i've been doing the low impact version but wow i still sweat alot! Day 54: 304 calories burned (52 mins) This workout + 9 mins cooldown - 304 calories Fitness Device: Garmin Vivasmart4 Weight lost since Day 1: 1.4kg (Its so low thats why im losing motivation :( ) Body fat loss since Day 1: 0.8%(measured by Xiaomi Smart Scale)
