Had nights like this. Just started fishing again this summer after 20 years. Broke my rod twice by stepping on it. Spent all weekend fishing only to lose lures and never catch a thing. You probably caught more fish in this single video than I have total all summer and fall, but if every trip produced, you'd lose interest. It's the trial then vindication that makes it addicting.

Sorry about the rod. Haven’t done that recently, but I managed to get scratches down both sides of a new car on back to back days within a couple months of buying it. They were nicely accented by a major shopping cart ding a week later too. And all after parking at the ends of lots to avoid it. And last month, a random crack just showed up in the plastic surrounding the video display. Sometimes no matter how careful you are, shit just happens, and there’s nothing you can do to stop it. Hopefully you can get the rod replaced with the warranty. Rock on, brother!

Ouch! Feel your pain and delight. Those are nice nights when you can get that much action. They are rare so we enjoy them when we can. I feel your pain as well. I can think of ... Hmmmm ... three separate rods that I broke at the tip while trying to unsnag a lure. Those are real ugghh moments. It takes the air right out of you. But i'm glad the bad was countered by the good with so.many fish. At least that puts a little more air in your tire. Despite it all , we keep going back.

Man, do I feel your pain! Broke a new rod that was providing great hook ups. Replaced it with a new one and a new Daiwa CC80 (great reel!) and got back out on the water and started landing fat ones again along with a ton of dinks. Thanks for the inspiration that you give. That was another banger of a video and did you make that buzz bait from an old one cause that was a great bait I have never thought about using them like that I mean your great and thats why I love your channel is cause you learn me so much and I cant say thanks and appreciate it enough but let me know and do you always use trailer hooks on baits like that and do you rig the worm through both hook or just the first one but sir thanks for all you do and I appreciate it all your the greatest keep up the great work
