We're all in somewhat of the same boat buddy. Video's like these with 1-3 hour duration have really kept me sane the last year(s). So many bad moments but once I see a new podcast being uploaded I close all my other shit, I grab some food, something to drink and chill down without even looking at any other social media, or whatsapp etc. Just enjoying the conversation and feeling part of it. Sounds lame as fuck but after all these podcasts almost feels like they are my foreign friends. We've been living in (in my case atleast) worst period of my life and this podcast is serously one off the only things that keeps my mind off the rest. Fouad works his ass off but I could freaking watch this podcast live for 24/7 if possible. Stay strong brotha. Covid (excuses...) resulted in me losing all gains and motivation. Getting back in the groove of things is easier said than done, but every time I watch one of these episodes i'm at least temporary motivated again and tryin to light that fire inside like it used to pre covid. Thanks again Fouad.

It's great to hear my age isn't too old, especially since I'm planning on competing in classic physique and not men's open and therefore need less time to build as much mass. I'm locked into my diet and training and I know I'm gonna go somewhere.

Brett will bring the conditioning, separation, detail and dryness. However at this stage taking out the former Mr olympia will be difficult,.as Brett won't be able to compete with Brandon over muscle Mass, density and maturity I don't think. In 2-3 years he will be winning the show and placing top 3 in the olympia.

I think it would be nice to see a few minutes each podcast used to explain just 1 supplement ingredient. Not just what they might do but possible side affects, why some of them are like 5000% daily recommended doses etc. Then a novice like me wouldn't have to stand there for 15 minutes staring at it and then saying "Oh, this one has creatine." lol.

I certainly don't think I am entitled to know certain things between you and your athletes. I will say however, you put a personal touch to each athlete you hire, so that is why we are worried, curious, or concerned that something personal went wrong. Again, I don't feel entitled to know, but when you have that personal touch with your athletes it causes people to think. I appreciated your simple respectful explanation. I honestly just think you saying y'all are still friends and just split peacefully is enough.
