Love the videos - been sharing with folks. I appreciate the videos with fewer props as I don't have that many and am on a limited budget right now. Thank you for sharing the practice with us.

Hi Caren! I love your videos, you have such a warm, safe and accepting presence! I’m a restorative yoga teacher myself, and I’ve been looking to do more training. I’d really love to find someone who can teach me more about safe and trauma-aware hands-on adjustments for restorative postures. I was curious if that’s something you do or might do in the future?

Very sweet of you to say, Amanda. Nice to meet a fellow teacher. When it comes to teachers placing hands on students in group restorative yoga settings, I prefer hands-off for a variety of reasons. Send me an email via my website if you'd like to go deeper on this together!
