My favorite part of the story is the fact that Furiosa just nonchalantly escapes each anarchy within every chapter. She knew that she was in control of her destiny. So, she had no worries as she learned and grew. Though the film is about her, she didn't need plot armor to survive each challenge. Furiosa just had a natural instinct to overcome obstacles, and this theme is refreshing to the franchise.

LmAo guys her plot armor is she’s in the next movie 😂 obviously She was gonna survive until the end of mad max fury road… that said I really enjoyed the movie
@mattgriffinreal8 ай бұрын
@@ruffryder1208 Okay. It's a prequel. So, that means that this LATEST installment does not occur chronologically. There is no "next film." With that said, this installment is meant to explain why Furiosa does not need plot armor in the Mad Max storyline since Mad Max is the main character in this universe and would have plot armor because of that fact... Hence the subtitle "A Mad Max Saga."
@ruffryder12088 ай бұрын
@@mattgriffinreal lmao bro the movie literally ends at the start of fury road obviously she was gonna make it till the end of this prequel to get to the movie that already happened 10 years ago 💀
@mattgriffinreal8 ай бұрын
@@ruffryder1208 Let's try this one more time... We already know that Furiosa is in Mad Max Fury Road. Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga is a prequel that serves as an origin story. We also already know that Furiosa survives Fury Road at the end. Now we know why she was so skilled in Fury Road. Therefore, she does not need plot armor if the creators plan to include her in an installment AFTER Fury Road. Plot armor is a device that writers use to protect characters from OUTSIDE the universe through deus ex machina. That's my point. She doesn't need a deus ex machina.

One of the CGI tricks you seemed to have missed is they used computers to blend the face of the little girl with ATJ’s face. At the beginning the character was 70% girl and 30% ATJ. Throughout the film the “dial” was turned until at the end the character had grown so that 70% was now ATJ and only 30% of the girls face was left.

My wife and I absolutely loved Furiosa , as massive fans of Fury road this movie fleshed out fury road so much , we actually came home from the movie and watched fury road after and it was awesome , reminded me of watching rogue one prior to episode 4. I think the more complexity of the movie probably made it a lot harder to maintain such a crazy limited CG use like in Fury road , one movie was 99% stunts on a road while the other had so much more story , more big sets and locations to actually create and that can’t be easy out in the desert while also making a ton of functional cars stunt teams etc, I wasn’t put off by the CG I think it looked fine , wasn’t jarring it was clear they worked with that they had to work with it’s not like fury road was a huge money win.

Yea after watching Furiosa I rewatched Fury Road and while I still love Fury Road I feel Furiosa is the better movie because the dialogue helps drive the story and get you more invested in the story whereas in Fury Road it just feels like one big adrenaline rush which isn't necessarily a bad thing considering how mad the Mad Max series is but for me I just like Furiosa more.

Best movie in the franchise imo. Great prequel to the very linear Fury Road. Wow. There was a time where it felt a bit long and the Furiosa's vengeance at the end felt a bit flat or off but it was good. Like how did she get back to the Citadel with or without him? No one was driving more than a mile without being swarmed by raiders. 😅😅 9/10 movie though. Looked great.

I just watched this movie, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The film is packed with exhilarating action sequences that are exceptionally well choreographed. From start to finish, the action is relentless and keeps you on the edge of your seat. What really stood out for me was the solid story that perfectly complements the high-octane action. Also the movie has amazing visuals. The plot is engaging and well-developed, providing a strong foundation for the impressive visuals and stunts. In comparison to the last installment, this movie is a significant improvement in every aspect. The narrative is tighter, the characters are more fleshed out, and the action scenes are more spectacular. Overall, I believe this is one of the best movies to come out this year, right up there with Dune 2. If you're a fan of action-packed films with a compelling story, this is a must-watch!
