Thank you for your response. I made the mayo recipe. It is delicious. I accidentally added too much water, so will have to add more thickener to make it right, but the recipe is super. It was great to see that you can prepare the green banana biomash ahead of time and freeze it for future use. I want to try ALL your recipes that use the green bananamash so I get a feel for how to expand my personal use of it. Thank you sincerely for all your time and energy you have put into good food for your family, for my family, for anyone who wants it. Thanks!
