I'm so glad you are finding them helpful!! Thank you for letting me know! We had company and I used this sauce to make lasagna this past weekend. I used the melted mozzarella in an earlier video for the cheese and topped it with cashew parmesan from another corresponding video. It turned out fantastic. A real keeper. So convenient to make ahead and just reheat, giving me time to spend with the children instead of cooking!

Yes! We love this one. I keep it in meal portion size containers in the freezer. 5 minutes in the microwave and we have a vegan version of a fancy Italian restaurant pasta!

So I went and looked up bulger wheat. As I have wheat berries, I'm going to try my hand at making some bulger. So I have one question for you: do you use whole bulger, or is it cracked/ground? I have to say, I'm really looking forward to trying your recipe; it looks snd sounds like it will be a hit!

I discovered bulgar wheat a few years ago, it's a real game changer. Made some breakfast sausage patties using a 1 to 1 mixture of quick oats, bulgar and brown rice, you could probably make a really good burger patty with it too. All I was missing was a little extra chewiness so I think I'll add some shrooms next time. I will definitely use your recipe for spaghet some time soon.
