@@mojisalahshoor3531 may i help answering... after baking don't take the cake out immediately from oven. leave it for few minute with the door bit open. then when its out, put the cake upside down on the rack for cooling. its may help ur cake from shrank..
Hello thank you for the video, may I know what is the reason of heating the oil first then putting the flour? And till what temp do we heat the oil?

Put oil in a saucepan and heat on low fire until simmering.If you have a thermometer it should read 65 ํ C This procedure makes the cake soft and light,without having to rely on any auxiliary substances.The fat is coated with flour do not let the flour touch the water.Because when the flour is exposed to water or liquid it causes gluten. :)

Delicious by K_Room Happy Homemade hello I just made this and it was perfect, rise nicely however once I took out of the oven it started to shrink a little and doesn’t look tall. Do you know what I’m doing wrong? Am I meant to invert the pan after taking it out of oven?

Hi... Can we use butter instead of the coconut oil?
I tryied it again , it was soooo soft and fluffy , but bottom of the cake was wet , why ?

Practise makes perfect.. - Take notes of temperatures and get to know your oven. - Meringue not overly stiff and mix it well into the egg yolk batter - Remove from pan as soon as you see a separation happening from the sides. 😊😊
