How about isreali move out of gaza and west bank including both military and settlers and stick to the 2 state that was set in 1948. Allow palestinian to govern it's own state, have equally rights enjoyed by isreali, including trade and seat at the UN , world to recognise palestinian as a state, allow palestinian the right to return enjoyed by isreali....fair and equality may be the answer to permanent peace. If palestinian homeland and it's civilian are accepted with equal rights then isreali do not have to fear the dangers they claim exit.

When Harris speaks, it is like we are seeing a bad version of the Wizard of Oz movie.
