14 weeks pregnant and the first time i work out. after 15 minutes i felt tired but i continued because Denise was encouraging: "do the best you can"." it's good for you and your baby". "you can do it" "you'll bounce back after baby". So Thank you Denise for this video! It's sure from now on, working out is one of my priorities.

Pamela David I'm in the exact same boat as you. I'm close to 15 weeks and only now after the morning sickness has gone away and my energy has finally came back am I now able to get healthier and start incorporating workouts in my day to day activities. It was hard for me at first but I pushed myself and I feel better for doing it. I trust Denise because she is a fitness expert and the workout was easy to do especially for me someone who doesn't work out at all. Good luck everyone!

I know other people feel like Denise Austin is too peppy, but for me her constant cheerleading is just what I needed. Having been diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and needing to exercise (I've never been disciplined enough to actually do it regularly) her positive attitude makes me feel confident and capable. I love all Denise Austin's prenatal work outs. I am inspired to see all the trim healthy pregnant woman. I did these through out my pregnancy with my 2year old And now six months pregnant with baby number two. I tend to gain alot in my saddle bags and double chin and am no where near looking as fit as the models in the aerobic video but its really incredible they stayed in shape like that .

I love this workout. Low impact and good if you started later in pregnancy. Tried other workouts and had to lay down so I didnt faint. This is low impact and steady paced. Makes you sweat & doesnt make you feel over worked.

Thanks for putting this on KZbin! I have this DVD and do this video every day but forgot the DVD today and was so happy to see it here! I have done this video through both my pregnancies. It is the perfect intensity and length to allow me no excuses to get it done every day. I like her comments - perfectly timed to say "it's easy" "you can do it" "listen to your body. This is the perfect amount of cardio for me - just enough for me to work up a sweat but not too much that I get out of breath and just give up halfway through. Denise's encouragement is awesome. I love her affirmations!

Very efficient workout! I start with Denis Austin workouts every day and the result is really obvious just after several days. Got her dvd to exercise at home when I'm not going to gym. I even had my foot stopped pain after I did these marches. Interesting!

Working out the first time in 9 weeks and this got me going. Feel good. I'm a hard core fitness freak but for my minds peace I'll stick to old school easy workouts like these for my first trimester when things are a little more sensitive.

It’s COVID season and my nutritionist has recommended this workout as I have not been getting out much. I have gained so much weight and getting pregnant on top of it is scary for me but I’m definitely going to keep this up.

I really like this workout for muscle relaxation and tension relief. It's not so very intense, but really helps to warm up and release back pain and get some movement back into the hips. In addition, you can really do it throughout pregnancy whether you feel ill and tired in the beginning or round and successively immobile towards the end. Now, during my 2nd pregnancy, I already have diastasis and a umbilical hernia early on and this workout still feels good although I cannot do many others because of those conditions. Highly recommended. For me, I also really like to do it alternately with more challenging workouts which leave me with sore muscles the day after. Then, this workout is perfect to warm up and release the tension. Thank you!

I love this workout! Denise is so encouraging and motivating. At 37 weeks, I haven't had much energy but I always feel rejuvenated after doing this workout. Not a killer workout, perfect for beginners and super pregos :)

I loved this. I am on my 3rd pregnancy and all three knock me on my butt for 3-4 months with extreme fatigue and nausea. Needless to say I am unwilling to vomit all day so I eat carbs so I can function somewhat but I do not have enough energy. I barely start regaining energy at 20 weeks and needless to say I have packed on some pounds. (-_-). I am at week 25 now and have been doing this workout for a week and I am soooo happy I can. Doesn't over heat me and I am left feeling energized. If you aren't challenged enough do her toning workout right after. That is my plan. I usually work out to Gilad, but while pregnant I can't handle it, except his muscle toning workouts which I may add. We will see. Slow and steady ladies and enjoy your workout! I love it!! :D

I keep this at a low volume and add a little more intensity, with 3-5 lb weights. Just now mustering up energy because the first month was just work and sleep.

I am 20 weeks pregnant and just finished this workout. If you like classic aerobic classes then this is one for you. If you are like me and cannot remember choreographies for the life of you, take it easy and view it as a good exercise for body coordination and just replace mambo steps and the like with your best freestyle latin dance moves ;-) All in all, I would recommend it! It was fun to watch and I felt safe doing it.

20 weeks preggo. Gained 17lbs already. Never exercised before. (Just tried this for the first time today because I ate 18 pieces of Chunky Chips Ahoy & felt SO guilty.) It isn't intense. But it's a good starter workout for somebody who has never exercised. It's just right. Glad I tried this! Will start exercising from now on!

I love this workout! it is very easy on my joints, boost my energy up and improves my mood. I quite often do this before a Pilates session if I need an extra warm up.

I really like this video because my first two C-sections I did not exercise and I went from 130 pounds to 210 pounds and then 130 pounds to 200 pounds. This third pregnancy I want to gain only 50 pounds so C-section goes best. I hope it keeps me thin and in shape but I am going to add walking and arm exercises to this routine. I like the way that Denise Austin talks it really helps me going, with the positive encouraging words.

The only pregnancy workout I've been able to complete so good in 18 weeks prego. Don't usually do a lot of exercise but this has not got me out of breath and about to die lol love it will try and do it 5 times a week. Put on 5 stones with my first pregnancy don't want to make the same mistake by being lazy

That's a great work out! I used to do Zumba 2x a week and pilates, but now I'm 6 weeks pregnant, everything seems too intense for my abs and I can't make it. I'm gonna include this in my new routine, also some speed walking and yoga! (swimming in also on the list, but I'm kinda lazy to go to the pool...)

I like to do this workout following Joel Harper's Second Trimester Workout on Dr.Oz's website. This gives me almost a full hours workout without exhausting me. This has worked great in my second trimester so far.

Huh? I wasn't bored... I changed my workout routine because I was pregnant and didn't think doing all my HIIT and kickboxing that I loved was good for the baby. I was told to dial it down... doesn't matter anyway... I ended up having a miscarriage.

It is good that this workout isn't challenging because if your heart rate goes beyond what's needed during your pregnancy workouts, it could cause stress to baby...workouts during pregnancy are meant to keep you moving, healthy-ish , and also to keep baby healthy. So you don't have a hard time during labor and post partum stages.
