How do you earn a living whilst on the road ? 2. Where do you Poop ? 3. Where do you shower ? All this despite the woman explaining she has a cat litter tray in the garage so that the cats can have a dump in privacy without the smell nuking the whole van !!

Through the video you can feel the comfort of this home. It’s so nice! I wish this had been a thing when I was a young single mom 30 years ago. I’m older now retired. So encouraged by your journey. We have been almost 4 years in a self-converted Sprinter van. One of the hardest things was getting rid of all the "stuff". We still have "stuff" from the previous house in storage, long story, we're caring for 93 and 95yo parents, so "one day" we will go through all the stored stuff and eliminate more. We LOVE your home. As a mother, I love what you are doing for you and your daughter never give up I watch this a lot and they have this portable shower it’s round and you just pop it up like a yo-yo shower get dry and you drain the water right out the door with a hose. I'm a single mom too, and when my daughter was 11 we lived in Alaska. To beat the rent crunch I moved us into a travel trailer. It was brutal, and just hearing the rain in your video brought it all back vividly. I bailed in less than a month and now I wish I'd stuck it out like you and your daughter have. What a fantastic mom and person! This is easily my favorite video. I really really want this too. I have been trying to live out of my bedroom to learn how to store stuff and downsize. As practiced. We live in a one bedroom, but still have too much stuff. But we both want this and at some point it will be just me.. money is the issue to buy something or to make something happen. But listening to you, showed me where there is a will there is a way. I love your rig! It is so cozy! The rain is beautiful and the sound! I want this bad! I am entertaining a 5th wheel, a van, and a schoolie. Or and RV. Tiny homes have become too expensive now. But still options. I loved your video. I know it will be hard to get there.

Great van set up! Mother has a beautiful energy. Her child will benefit. I can totally relate regarding savings. I live out of my Prius since July 14, 2019. I left my apartment with $41,000 saved, and I put away about $1000 per month, and I have just made it beyond the $100,000 mark. Savings will come. It requires simplicity, focus and discipline. What a great video, and what a lovely human being!

Yep love how this interview was done. Very relaxed and loved the patter of the rain as thats part of real life. And the camera shots of the homeliness of the van, of the pets and arty knicknacks. Really well put together as the van owner talks and the video pans around so you get a glimpse of someones life and living simple with out the crushing have to have all the materialistic bells and whistles. That are just a ball and chain to ourselves. Simple and happy is a good alternative.
