To keep the promises you made to yourself yesterday.” 22:26 “imagine what your life look like in 5 months.” 23:19 restriction is the first step towards freedom, but I have to decide today for the sake of tomorrow (restriction is to ‘cut it off in this moment’ so when you get to the moment of temptation, is not even an option)

My family didn't like "feelings" and while I was at home managing and juggling things they knew nothing about and processing feelings-they were drinking alcohol and calling me the alcoholic. Nuts huh? I say this with a sense of humor. I took it all with a grain of salt. Literally a grain of salt!🙂
