My Muay Thai coach used to make me do the "terrible 10s" but with round houses, up to 10 and back down again, he used to call it the "pyramid". Honestly when I first started they were killers but after a while you could really do them with much ease and focus more on technique.

Interesting. Respect to you for what you do and what you are showing people. I am part of this world called martial arts for so long and I always have something to learn. My life goal is to establish my own art. At home I don't have a punching bag, so when I want to focus on power I use a pillow instead after doing conditioning on concrete. Not in my fault I am a slower person. So if I would fight in the ring I would focus on power more than on speed. My fastest is a medium speed of a person with a normal speed. Anyway I just decided to join your channel Wonderboy because I like you a lot.
