Bryan Patrick Miller was a local celebrity cosplayer, often seen around town. However, no one had a clue he had a dark and disturbing history related to two unsolved cases. And perhaps related to many, many more...

In 2000, he attacked and stabbed one of my very good friends. It happened in Everett, Washington. He attacked her on a walking trail when she was heading to her friends, to meet up and walk to school together. She was only 14 or 15... He stabbed her so many times they couldnt count em all. He slit her throat. SHE SURVIVED THO!!! She nearly bled out before she was found and saved... Her police sketch looks JUST like him! He lived in her same apt complex, but he wasnt caught then... He totally got away with it for years more... Around 2015, detectives contacted her from Arizona and said they thought they had the guy, wanted to run it by her and she identified him. He left her for dead and it’s a miracle shes still alive! She is now a mother to 3 children and thriving. ***Edit to add *She now has 4 children* 🫶🏻 To anyone saying this is bullshit, you’re seriously ignorant. And for anyone else talking SHIT… I did talk to her about this BEFORE posting it and she didn’t mind me doing so… it’s never been a big secret or anything… and I don’t care to personally name her, as I’m only sharing this incident because it wasn’t covered and does add more depth to this situation. There were plenty of news articles and such that do name her and ppl have found and mentioned her name on here, as well… thats on them. I simply don’t operate that way… I’m not a name dropper… As for ppl saying that I’m repeating this story for attention, that is absolutely NOT the case either. I’m a very private person… I’m simply saying there is FAR MORE depth to this story/fucked up individual… I often wonder how many others he has harmed and not yet been pinned for.

@@muchtested - Garbage collectors aren't paid enough to open bags that smell even worse than the others... plus it's just what the sicko told his wife, it's not guaranteed that he actually got rid of the body that way. Another point that was left out was that poor Brandy Myers was mentally retarded, she was 13 when she disappeared but by all account had the mental/emotional age of an 8 years old, so it was common for her to wander around and go talk to random neighbors. The family of mennonites who reported the smell coming from the house could have been a lucky break, but sadly no body was found. It at least linked his name to the case, that and his wife's testimony (but she thought he was messing with her to scare her since he didn't give her a name, until she heard of a missing kid and just in case went to talk to the cops & the FBI)

Im sooooo tired of people pulling out the "abused child" card to excuse their crimes. As an abused child in my early years, it does leave scars on your emotions and to some extent, PTSD, but as an adult we all grow up to know the difference between right and wrong. I didnt grow up to harm anyone. I looked at my abusive parents as an axample of what NOT to be. There is NO excuse for what this man did other than he was pure evil.

It's not an excuse, but an explanation as to how someone can end up capable of doing such horrific crimes. Everyone isn't identical, so while your reaction is the best possible one, not everyone is wired that way. It's not a matter of just making choices. There's a damaged part of their brain that can't be controlled. That doesn't mean they should be permanently removed from society because that's exactly what should happen. But until we gain a deeper understanding of human psychology and the effects of abuse, there's no chance of making improvements and possibly preventing some of these crimes.

I have been hoping you would cover this story. I remember the day Angela Brosso was killed; I worked only a mile away. I have connections to the court system and the details of what he did to her body in addition to decapitating her are even more horrific. I thought the murders of Brasso and Bernal would never be solved as I was 24 when they happened and I'm now in my late 50's. He is so deserving of death penalty. I actually hope it is carried out.

Is it me or does his voice sound a bit deeper? I know he was sick before and heard his voice those times so maybe it’s just me. And in regards to the beginning of the video where he’s talking with his hands, it’s good to articulate like that. I like it; he seemed to be more relaxed and calm instead of stiff and rigid.. granted the topic is a bit morbid with true crime, some KZbinrs keep it a still serious tone while Mikes videos are more laid back like these are the facts, this person isn’t just someone who messed up by doing this. Infact this was WHY they did this likely or this is the motive or reason or possibly the reasons we can assume or have proof of it. I really enjoy these videos. I’ve probably been watching for about maybe two years or so. I probably seen almost every one of them. Would be nice to have him phase out wearing his glasses since he had LASIK but I know habits are hard to break.. it’s possibly also a comfort thing too by now. I’ve been wearing hats for some time this summer and if I forget to grab one I’m running back for one just cuz it feels odd. But anyway, it’s so neat how Mike took something that was a huge part of life and made it his own channel and podcast. The amount of work he probably did starting off must have been rough but he kept doing it and it’s paying off. God I just had a flashback when he’d have that captain hat he’d wear? 😅 adorable… Halloween he wore a vampire cape and fangs.. I think he did some specials then too, although I can’t seem for the life of me to remember the topic.. maybe one year was a girl who was killed in her poison ivy costume but I could be wrong. I gotta get Spotify now😊❤ love this channel

These killers can never truly apologize or take responsibility. I’ve heard numerous “apologies” on these crime shows and they always say stuff like “I’m sorry IT happened”. as if someone else did it. They can’t personalize it because they don’t see their victims as equal human beings or they say they “don’t know why they did it” or they put it all on some childhood abuse. They almost never take actual responsibility.

So damn tired of these waste of space trying to use their childhoods as an excuse for their behavior. I had the worst childhood. The worst. Santa never came to my house, never had a birthday party, spent my 9th birthday locked in a closet, knew what a cigarette burn felt like at 6 years old, never had any toys, had to work 3 jobs at 13 (worked on a farm, paper route and my family's cantina) plus was expected to get good grades, still have scars from my stepdad and I have not even thought about hurting somebody else. The thought of inflicting the misery I went through onto somebody else, somebody weaker, sickens me. I think I have been a pretty decent parent because I raised a good kid who knows what responsibility is and doesn't try to blame everyone and everything else. Guys like this need to man up and admit they did the things they did because they enjoyed it. Might not get the death penalty if they are actually honest instead of trying to make themselves the victim.
@VioletJoy

My heart breaks with the thought of all you went through. You're a rare adult who experienced an abusive upbringing. Maybe you could consider thinking that others aren't capable of thinking the way you do.

In 2017 he moved back to his home state of Alabama (he played football at the Univ of Alabama) and was working as an anchor for a local station in Birmingham, ABC 33/40. In the summer of 2021, he committed suicide in his home, leaving a wife and a couple of kids. Just a tangent to Mike's main story.
