In 2018, Molly Watson was happy. She was just about to marry her boyfriend of 7 years, her nail polish business was taking off, and life was on the up for this bubbly person. However, when her body was found beside her car on a lonely road, not everything was what she had thought.

As a brother to 3 younger sisters, you always have to instill that chances your first indications of boys is probably right. I’m not saying Molly did anything inherently wrong, but being with a guy for 7 years, you would wonder why he never invited you to stay over. She seemed like the sweetest. Hope she is geeking it up in heaven.

@@daytractor8553 There were so many red flags but some people just cannot see them at all, and if you mentioned it they would think you are silly .It is not her fault she is naive but the murderer's fault. Unfortunately there are so many murders towards women by men that I assume all men are bad, and avoid being alone with them. I had a man offer me a lift the other day, as I had heavy shopping but immediately I said No. If I got in that car, who is to know if I would come out alive. If I said why I refused to get in the car, he would just say Oh not all men are like that. True, but it is safer to say No than take the risk of getting in a car with man who is a stranger. After all, his wanting to help you 'could be a ruse'. For many of us women, trusting men is no longer something we will do. As a woman, I don't want to be taken advantage of with a ruse, unfortunately this means even the nice men, will be treated the same as the bad uns

@Doree Everson--i'm with you as it baffles me, too, and the fact that whatever the murderer is trying to keep a secret by killing the person--an affair, or a love child, or even a bizarre fetish for eating human poop while wearing women's lingerie (remember Mark Redwine?)--ends up being blasted by the news agencies to even the remotest areas of the world, thus making the secret they killed to protect anything but secret. I almost wish they'd learn from previous people's mistakes and then,at least in that regard, an innocent person wouldn't have died for no apparent reason. RIP Molly.

In cases similar to this (but where the cheater and killer DOES admit to their crime) they often claim they chose to kill rather than break up because they “didn’t want to put their love through the pain of a betrayal and broken heart”. WHAT?!? How disgusting can someone be?! A person can heal from a broken heart and find love again. You can’t heal from *death*. Killing someone for such a reason is nothing but pure-evil selfishness. Whether the killers admit it to themselves or not; they were thinking “If I can’t have you, no one can” not “I loved you too much to bear hurting you emotionally”.
@Lady_Phoenix
@Lady_Phoenix 2 жыл бұрын
Maybe the killer doesn't see a difference between killing a dream and killing the person. Especially if the dream was something they'd wanted their whole life. That's so true but I think of that all the time. My daughter and her bf were the first ones to find a guy that was hit by a car and the people just drove away. She tried giving the guy CPR, even though the back of the guys head and part of his face was gone. She said he still had a slight pulse but still put her mouth over his and tried anyway. She has nightmares about it all the time. This happened about 12 years ago and they still never caught the driver. The guy was crossing the street RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS OWN HOUSE, and was killed. So yeah, it's horrible for the ones that find the bodies. She also feels alot of guilt bc he didn't survive.

Instead of murder, he couldve just said his divorce with his ex never went through instead of her death, postponed then broke up with her gently. People that skip all logical solutions right to murder I feel just use anything as an excuse to kill. He's robbed a woman of her life and a child of their mother, all because he couldn't just say no.

Yes, I applied for a divorce, but it was denied. I do not want to be married, but the court is forcing me to be married. Not only that, but a court-imposed condition is that we must have, uh.. relations at least twice a week. My wife’s lawyer has appealed to have that minimum increased! They know how much I don’t want to be here or do this, and they are torturing me. I knew you’d understand. What a good sport!

I'm in shock. Molly was super active on a BabyCenter (a app for parents especially mothers) group page that I interacted with quite regularly years ago. Ive talked with her a few times, and even bought some of her polish (or perhaps wax melts/ cuticle oil?). My blood absolutely ran cold when i saw the picture of her in her wedding dress. I am pretty sure she posted that in the nail polish/nail design thread one of the last times I got on the app. She was well known and so loved in that thread. So many people supported her business and formed genuine friendships with her. Poor Molly. I had no idea she was gone. From what I remember she was very kind and inviting. RIP Edit: according to my email- I had indeed ordered wax melts from Molly. And eerily enough, the last email I ever got from Shinesparks Polish was on 02/27/2018 celebrating the 3 year anniversary of the brand. I cant believe she would be found just months later to the day.

It's hard to believe someone was able to keep two relationships going at the same time for seven years. That's so much time, energy, and money, and if you're willing to do it, why not either peacefully and legally end relationship A and devote everything to relationship B or put everything into relationship A and never have relationship B? And why am I trying to make sense of the actions of a dumbass murderer!?

She also said when he went on holiday with Molly he told his wife it was a work trip and she never questioned him. Here's what's weird though why would a co be going on work trios. He also introduced his daughter to Molly as one of his friends when she needed a dress altered. Her family did not like him they said he was arrogant and rude.

I remember following James Addie's trial and the defense attorney accused James's wife of being controlling about his spending. Then the prosecutor asked, "Would you have approved of your husband writing a check for $4000 for his wedding to another woman?". Answer--"No!". This guy was so obviously guilty of murder, but still had his defense try to smear his wife. Dirtbag.
