But at the same time shit changing so fucking fast these state prisons is filling up with rats punks and general scum bags with fucked up paper work. Anit no telling his outcome.

@@lara_young It didn’t say the child was “eating” his nuggets - just that he “had” or “was still holding” them. That’s something a little kid would do in light of a sudden, shocking occurrence. I have no idea why you heard “eating” when that’s NOT what was said, but you go even further with the “well he must not have been THAT upset.” All the vile adults involved in this crime - and you make some bitchy comment about a little boy whose mother was shot to death two feet from him? That’s something Charlene might say! You know, the person who suggested murder & who videotaped a tiny girl being hit in the face by a GROWN MAN & then broadcasts it telling everyone what a rotten child she was & therefore deserved it? WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU, HUH? Are you a relative of Charlene’s or something? Shame on you!

I went to school with Josh, and used to hang out on the weekends with him and his brother. When I saw the name Tim Dean, I clicked knowing exactly what I was going to see, and still I am shocked to see this story on such a large channel. I still pray for those kids and their families every day. It is horrible how they lost both their father and mother, because the mother could not bare to know that another woman was a better mother to her children than herself.

You're exactly right. Those poor babies lost their father and their mother, because she was a selfish person who wanted what she wanted above everything else, even above valuing human life. It's sickening to think that she would deprive her own children of their father, even if she had gotten away with it. Imagine being willing to harm your children emotionally just so you could have what you wanted. 😪 I hope that the other inmates find out that she allowed Dean to abuse his precious baby in front of her, and about her being in on the plot that ended up murdering a mother right in front of her toddler. Prison justice would be wonderful in this case!

@Elizabeth Brandon There is a KZbin channel called The Behavioral Arts. I learned on that channel that the reason people do this, where they grin or smile or laugh or have a joyful expression on their face *while expressing something awful,* is because when people think they are pulling the wool over, they just cannot help themselves but to express happiness and joy. It's as if the subconscious mind leaks out, and we see the bizarre juxtaposition of a big grin as the person states how awful it is that her children's father was murdered, and justice needs to be meted out.

@Xai I'm thinking more that the (future) victim can more easily get away. Any couple with a child is stuck having some kind of contact a minimum of 18 years. Plus many people, especially women, have a deep need to nest, sometimes with the first person who comes along. And then -- oopsie! -- pregnancy. Though we know how to prevent that these days. If I had a dollar for every time I heard someone say "we're giving it another try -- for the sake of the kids" or "I want to give my children a mother/father and a home. That's more than I ever had", I'd be a rich, rich lady.

@Terry Lewis I've seen this technique before and am always amazed at how the subject doesn't tell the cops to back up. I used to work in a grocery store as a cashier and once in a while a customer would tell another customer to back up, that they were crowding them, and so it amazes me that someone literally backed into a corner having two people inch closer and closer doesn't just say, "Hey! Can you back away? Why ya gotta be up on my lap here?" but they never do.

I mean yeah, as a progressive left wing liberal..im about to say something kinda un-PC. The fact Charlene got a deal is simply cause male prosecutors and male jurors find it tougher to put "poor helpless emotional woman" in jail for the rest of their lives. At least it is for white women...now if you happen to be a woman of color...then oh yeah the DA and Jurors seem to be fine with it...but thes poor blonde haired blue eyed cheerleader types bat their eyes at the men and cry and sob and t5hen sympathy gets them a hung jury..or an all out aquittal.

@@bobbertbobby3975 Women in general (all shapes and colors) face far less legal consequence than men. Society is tougher on men and more protective of women because we as individuals have a deep emotional connection with the women in our lives, the justice system just reflects that.
