Super Explaination!! You have addressed a very core issue Deviated Nasal Bone !!! I have tried Kapal Bhati several times but always felt headache !! Today you have nailed the reason and also given solution !! Can you take one to one live / online session to train in doing pranayama for a month or so please !!

If the right nasal way is blocked then you press with the finger on the right side of nose? It would make sense to me to block with finger the left side for the breathing to be balanced.
