namaskār🙏🏼, randomly came across your video on ‘panch prānāyām’ and then didn’t even realise how i spent the entire day binge watching all your lectures on yoga, diligently taking down the notes alongside. you have a way with explanations in the most simple and understandable manner. blessed to have discovered you and got an opportunity to learn from you. one humble request- please bring one detailed lecture on the sequence (i.e. kriya> aasan > yog nidrā >prānāyām > dhyān). the knowledge wrt the sequence of these practices is very scattered over the internet, if you could help us, it would become very easy for us to understand yoga in a very holistic manner without getting lost. warm regards! 🤍🌻

Pranam Guru maa, after a long period of time your video came,always wait for your videos Nicely explained with subtitles to comprehend clearly I was doing this pranayam ad felt strain on head always, now contradictions made me clear about this pranayam If possible please bring a video on Vaata prakruti asana and pranayam to be done daily,as some yog Guru say,vaat,Pitta and kapha prakruti have different asana and pranayam
