Man, you guys should install a "wishlist" on the website, like Amazon has, just so we can keep track of all our favorite pedals! I could then just print that out every Christmas and hand to my wife and family!

devi ever makes the best silicon fuzz pedals for the best price. this pedal is soooooo much deeper than this video- im not hatin- the video is great! but this pedal can take you everywhere you need to go. you got your silicon fuzz face (torn's peaker- which does not sound as crazy as it is made out to be- miles of classic fuzz here) and your silicon muff/tonebender thing (nice and mutilated)- combine em for hours of fun
@BiscuitsJoe14 жыл бұрын
Haha it's funny that he used the TP side for Ball and a Biscuit when the SM side is sort-of a Big Muff sounding circuit and Jack White uses a Big Muff. Amazing pedal and of course Andy can do no wrong.

This is probably one of my favorite fuzz pedals. That riff at the beginning is EXACTLY what I want in a hard rock/stoner/sludge guitar sound. And agreed with the guy underneath me. Devi Ever pedals are getting really difficult to find. I'm kind of sad I sold my Devi Ever rocket fuzz pedal...

So the shoegazer is just a torn's peaker and a sodameiser smashed into one pedal? Does this have the same circuit on the inside as both those pedals and the same sound?

@daniel4311 Which is better? Well. They are both cascading fuzz boxes. Or rather the Germ transistors are stacked in the B:Assmaster (I'm fairly certain). Where you have two individual silcon based fuzz circuits you can run together. There is no better or worse I'd say. But My pick is the Shoe Gazer I mean... The White Stripes cover done with half the pedal and the volume nob. Easy as pie. B:Assmaster= Over the top vintage fuzzSplosion Shoe Gazer= Two over the top modern fuzzcursions
@deadredeyes14 жыл бұрын
@ DOOBAGE69 - They are 2 different circuits inside of one pedal, so yes ... each side can be used separately or you can stack them.

There's no denying the advertising factor, but Devi is heavily involved in her website/forum and encourages a great deal of community participation. It serves as a subtle reminder to swing by and share your experiences when you are done wreaking havoc with your shoegazer.

I'm encountering random volume jumps, high then back down, with the TP side, both when used by itself and with the SM side. It's almost unusable with just the TP side for this reason. It never used to do this. Anyone have any thoughts on what the issue might be?

Does the Shoegazer have any issue with clipping when played with a bass? Because I'm absolutely loving the tone from this thing, But I really want to keep my lower end. I'd appreciate any help I can get, I love this thing's sound, the Sodamizer and TS sound so nice together.

Effects like this have me torn. They're versatile, for sure, but without a way to go back and forth quickly from tone to tone it's more of a one-trick pony. I mean, there are some expensive effects which really only do one or two things really well, or are the type of effect you set and forget. With something as tweakable as this it really needs a way to save a hand full of presets. I'd gladly pay $50 more for something like this if I coudl set some presets.
