Hi Devi, this class did wonders ! I came back home with a lot of anxiety (massive crisis in France, strikes everywhere, a lot of tension at work, nightmare on the roads)...so I picked this class to calm down. Magic, it works ! ! ! Thank you so much🙏🙏

I've been doing yoga for 10 years but only bought a bolster a week ago thanks to your channel. Your videos with a bolster looked so peaceful I just couldn't resist trying them. Fell in love! Can't get enough of these practices now.... Fantastic session! Thank you so much, Devi!

Nice sequence I'm doing my yin teaching training in October, I have a similar sequence I do where I go from deer to supported banana, the twist is a lovely addition

Hi Devi, thank you for your video. I am challenged with Yin Yoga. Many share that they experience an ease and comfort as they hold the asanas in their Yin Yoga practice. My experience is quite the opposite. With discmfort becoming more pronounced even after a short hold in a position. Even Shavasana become a challenge bringing discomfort to my SI joints and low back. In a recent physical class, I held the directed posture for about a minute and then returned to a seated posture on a bolster, as this seemed the only comfortable place for me. How do I transistion from discomfort to ease in a Yin Yoga practice? Cheers! David

I’m sorry to hear that it’s been challenging. Do you have access to a yoga studio? Some in-person classes might be in order, or perhaps even one-on-one sessions, to help you work through these challenges.
