This is great - thank you. I've been doing another of your workouts. I start with the stationary bike, the do one of your workouts. I like this one - as I have nerve damage in my leg from an accident on an interstate highway years ago. (I have to watch my balance - and often compensate with arm movements). I can safely do this routine - not pretty, but I do it. I keep breathing - I'll work on the smiling part. 😎

So this really got me moving from my sedentary life style. My dog thought I went crazy. LOL. While I can’t keep up with you just yet, I have moved more in 10 minutes than I moved all day long. It’s a start. I like that you offer rest time if needed with out making me feel guilty. But where is that pause button? I can’t find it. I’m 80 and this is the only time I have felt motivated to exercise. Thank you for being positive and kind.
