Good morning Caroline, I am Constance Jones, Change on May 8th 21I found your video on the 10 best Exercises for diabetes, I did it before going to bed, This morning I check my blood sugar it was 99, Hallelujah,!!!! I had planned before retiring last night that I would do your Number One video this morning, I have completed it it was wonderful and I was proud of me, I suffer from asthma, As well as being afraid that there's not going to be enough air to take me through a workout, I used to be very active in working out every day, When the pandemic happened the classes that I normally would attend, I could no longer attend, I kept it up for a while at home and walking, Then I fell off the waggon, And the waggon rolled over me and backed up over me, I was in a slump, Not working out 4 weeks . And I pray to God for help to strengthen me back and further in stressed to workout lego this morning was to do your work out i did and I thank you so much, You're being here for people with diabetes or just needing to workout is a blessing. You have changed my life. I dont know how shall i repay for this. My Sugar became normal within 2 weeks which is out of my expectation. it was 230 FBS and 350 PP. Now my FBS is 135 and PP 142. Caroline, I found your exercises on You Tube. I am a 70 year old male with type 2 diabetes. I was diagnosed in 2004- I found the low impact routines just awesome. I'm holly von Hessler and my sugar levels have gone up dangerously high and this video is absolutely brilliant it's hard but it helped me and I'm going to do this everyday to help me with my diabetes this lady made it so easy for me as I don't do much exercises and I feel stiff but I feel great I know it is the first time I've done this but this lady has shown me that it isn't hard to do and it made me feel 100 times better than this morning when I heard the results I would like to make sure I can share this video with anyone who wants to lose weight and also their mental health

@@choice9119 looks like you are Indian. Try drinking bitter gourd juice once in 2 days. Little bit more exercise for 6 months should pull you back to normal levels. Also do try skipping afternoon lunch once in a week. Don't worry everything will be alright.

Thanks for the video You are the best health coach I have been doing these exercises for a month and my sugar level became normal And then I got flu I didn't do any exercise for 15 days I was worried about my sugar level But when I checked my sugar level it was all OK no increase of sugar level due to lack of exercises It all happened because of 1 month exercise Now I am all OK and today I have started the exercises again after my illness .thanks a lot Caroline❤

I’ve been on my weight loss journey for 5 weeks now. I’ll be 40 on August 23rd. I’ve been a diabetic since I was 21. I hide how much I hate myself by being the life of the party. The big bubbly girl. Wow Caroline I love this video. I'm 53 yrs old and very lazy minded. Exercise is like taboo for me sad to say but honestly. I came across your video while looking for ways to lower my blood sugar naturally the pills makes me drowsy. Makes me go to the bathroom unexpectedly. So tired of it so I stopped taking the meds so many scary side effects. Dr says take them you need them. I found your video I said I'll start tomorrow. When I checked my blood sugars and it read 405. I said OMG I'm starting today just did your workout it was so easy I followed the whole routine with you non stop pretty good for lazy Lou Lou here. I enjoyed it. It was easy to follow for these old bones. After the work out I checked my blood sugars and it read 250 a huge drop I'm gonna press play and do some more and do it every day until I get off the 200 lb mark and keep my sugar under control thanks again Caroline. I'm feel hopeful and better already this is day one you are a very good motivator and teacher. God bless you💖😊

Oh wow… I don’t think I have diabetes my reading is normal every day… is stay 100,101,118, never higher… my A1C was 7.1 I think I’m gonna gat a second opinion. Hi, Caroline! I'm just checking in to let you know how I feel. I started doing this workout about 1 to 2 years ago. It was difficult to keep up. While doing the side arm push, you asked "How are you doing"? I thought to myself I was going to collapse, then you said " Good!" Haha! These days, when you ask yhat, I think "I feel great! Started doing 20 minute cardio and got dizzy after 5 minutes... was walking then decided to try less aggressive cardio and I hated every minute of it but I pushed through.... but this 😊 I can do this! Thank you for existing I really wanna fight my diabetes! (I drank sugar sodas for years and coffee with sugar because I worked long days...) I’m taken time in the midst of the world being on fire lol to get my health in better place

Gud a.m. caroline. WERE BACK by now again. As I said to you before I and my husband are not diabetic but we needed your exercises because it helps us a lot. Iamm 74 years old and my hunby is 77 years old bur we can still do and follow your execises level 2 and level 2 which is really goid in our heatth. GOD BLESS YOU CAROLINE.

Love this video, we have been working out for a few years.. benefits are great, especially for seniors even if you are not diabetic.
