FYI your shoes are Primary & Secondary Primary always has more brake surface.

I love learning from your videos Tyler. I had a similar experience on the drum breaks from my '77 Olds. One of the springs was actually flipped and rubbing on the adjuster, disabling it. Drum breaks are kinda funny in that way, better have the springs facing the right way or they're disabled.
